Our flight back home was delayed due to the weather causing for us to arrive late night to pick up our baby, Loki but they encouraged us to take our time as they were willing to wait. We met with Juliana way before our boarding and the meet and greet went very well and Jin Jin was already comfortable around her and at the backyard. Jin Jin stayed with Juliana and her mother for over a week and we got photos and updates and Juliana was responsive to my questions. Margarita and Cristian are truly the best!! My goldendoodle, Cooper, loves his stay with them. He comes back home happy after his stay and you can tell he is truly loved by Margarita and Cristian. Margarita is very accommodating to a few emergencies that have popped up for me and is willing to work with you to give your pet the best accommodation. She also provides updates on your pet and provides pictures. I highly recommend booking Margarita and Cristian as your pets sitter!! You won’t regret it!
Emily was great with Evie! Very responsive and also made sure we were comfortable with everything. Even though our dog is very skittish around other dogs, she made sure her own dogs stayed at a family member's home during Evie's stay. We will likely use her again in the future if we have to go on any other away trips. Sent a lot of pictures each day to update us. Also, Evie's stay was during the forest fires in Canada so the air quality was bad outside. However, Emily made sure that her air filters were on so we never had to worry about her or Evie. 5/5 stars!
Charlie took great care of Wolly-Buddy. Since it was a new environment, I was a little concerned about how he would adjust, but Charlie’s daily updates and pictures reassured me. He was also very responsive whenever I checked in. Buddy seemed happy and comfortable when I picked him up, and I would recommend Charlie without hesitation.
I had a long trip planned and thought of sending my dog all the way out to Queens from Manhattan so he could have a yard and a family! But I never knew I was booking THE BEST FAMILY IN THE FIVE BOROUGHS. This is the kindest, most loving, careful family ever. My dog got so much attention and care, and their little girl is his new best friend. Cannot recommend these folks enough.
Five stars without hesitation! I couldn't have asked for a better sitter. Lulu was treated like family with healthy homemade gourmet meals, lots of love and attention, and frequent photo and video updates that made me smile every day while I was away. His communication was outstanding, and it was obvious he genuinely cares about every detail of a pet's well being. I came home to a happy, healthy pup, and I wouldn't hesitate to leave Lulu with him again. Highly, highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Debbie is incredibly knowledgeable about dogs and has a natural connection with them. When my highly affectionate 2-year-old Frenchie met her for the first time, I knew right away he was in great hands. She was highly attentive to his comfort and incredibly responsive, sending me frequent updates, pictures, and videos. I was nervous to leave him with a sitter for the first time, but Debbie completely relieved my worries by being so accommodating to both of our needs. My dog’s happiness and having the best life is so important and I don’t trust just anyone with my dog, but I would trust Debbie anytime and will absolutely be using her services again!
