They really took the time to care for my angel 😌 I could see how much passion, care and attention they have for animals and they treated Fifi as if she was theirs. 🥲 I was worry-free most of the time, knowing she was having a blast with her new friends ☺️ I was able to get alot done while they took Fifi off my hands. While I was traveling internationally, another sitter unexpectedly canceled after already accepting Dexter into their care and keeping him for the first night. James stepped in at the very last minute without hesitation. He even drove to another borough, late at night and in the rain, to pick Dexter up and make sure he was safe and cared for. He also gave Dexter a much needed bath after the previous sitter had left him dirty. What really sets James apart is his patience, kindness, and genuine love for animals. Dexter was welcomed into his home with open arms, and his wife and children treated him like a member of their own family. Knowing Dexter was surrounded by so much love and attention gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was thousands of miles away. James is everything you could hope for in a sitter. Compassionate, dependable, thoughtful, and quite literally went the extra mile to care for Dex! I’m beyond grateful that he turned such a difficult situation into such a positive experience. I’m so grateful for Monica! Ice Bear unfortunately got sick during her stay, and Monica was so sweet and attentive throughout the whole situation. She even took Ice Bear to the vet and made sure she was getting the care she needed. She kept me updated with detailed messages, which I really appreciated, especially since I was away and couldn’t be there myself. Josh was a wonderful sitter for my senior girl, Lucy! Like most dogs, especially older dogs, she has her quirks and he was able to handle it all. Kristi took such wonderful care of my dogs while I was away on my trip! When I returned, both of my dogs were happy, clean, well-fed, and clearly very well cared for. She went above and beyond by taking them on daily walks, bringing them to the park, and even taking my Chihuahua on a little adventure to Brooklyn! Shehzad and his wife were wonderful with our dog Rosie, and we'd book them again in a heartbeat. At our meet and greet, they showed us around their apartment and the building, took time to get to know Rosie, and asked questions about her routine and personality. While we were away, they sent photos, videos, and updates. On our return day, our flight was delayed and traffic was heavy, so we arrived much later than planned. My senior frenchie had a great time with Bruno and Victoria’s family! They kept me updated with a ton of photos and updates (my dog needs to take 4 medications a day and needs some extra attention due to her medical issues). They have a really nice space, Bambi was almost always around someone, and I had zero worries while I was on the west coast for 6 days.
Jessica was INCREDIBLE with our senior dog Frida! We had more than a few unexpected changes before boarding and she was super flexible and helpful through it all. She also went out of her way to accommodate Frida while she was there, arranging and providing everything she might need, and giving Frida her medication daily. Jessica also sent multiple pictures throughout the week, which was great and kept us relaxed and happy knowing she was in loving hands. We’ll definitely book with her again!
I had great communication with Janet throughout the entire process. We did a meet and greet before the stay, and she asked thoughtful questions beforehand to really get to know Isabella.
