I found out my cat had an ear infection 1 day before a 10 day international trip. I usually have my neighbor watch her, but the vet wanted me to wipe a scratch near her ear once a day and administer ear drops in her ear twice a day so I knew I needed more help. Natalia responded almost immediately to my request and she was at my apartment meeting my cat within 24hrs! She was communicative, kind, and best of all was able to wipe her scratch AND get ear drops into her ear (she’s very wriggly so this was impressive!). I was so grateful for peace of mind so last minute! She’s the best of the best!
Zoe took care of our little kittens like they were her own! She was always on time and sent us so many wonderful photos and videos that put our minds at ease. She followed all of our instructions to the letter and the kittens loved hanging out with her! We will definitely be having Zoe come back to watch our precious little fur babies.
We have booked Charlie to watch over our two cats twice already and will continue to do so. He is very attentive to their needs. When we returned home, their bowls were washed and spotless, the floor was swept and also spotless. He even offered to water our plants.
