Mochi has diabetes and requires an insulin injection every 12 hours in addition to another medication twice a week and Eleni was happy to learn and able to give Mochi his meds which can be a bit daunting and sometimes difficult depending on his mood. but Eleni was attentive and really took the time to learn and care for him properly! my other cat Kumo is a scaredy baby and rarely shows his face around people but Eleni was patient and really put effort into getting him comfortable with her. Eleni updated me with great details about how they’re doing and food. the weather was changing every day from being very cold and then very hot and Eleni proactively adjusted the thermostat accordingly when needed! she would turn on cat TV every couple days AND put treats in their treat games daily so they would stay occupied during the day. Mochi had an accident and Eleni didn't hesitate to clean it up and take out the trash. she really took care of everything!”

My sitter fell through less than 24 hours before I left for a 5 day trip to Greece, and Chase stepped up on very short notice with my kitten Gabe (plus my first time ever using a sitter for him). He set up a meet &greet the day before drop off so Gabe could get comfortable, which made all the difference. Every day of the trip, Chase sent photos and updates, and you could see Gabe getting happier as the week went on. At one point Chase had a chance to also watch another animal, but he turned it down on his own once he saw Gabe was uncomfortable, didn’t even need me to ask. That told me everything about how much he actually pays attention and truly cares. When I picked Gabe up, he was so at home he’d hidden under the bed and Chase had to coax him out! This is our 2nd time booking pet care with Mia and both experiences have been seamless. Mia is communicative, kind, and always goes above and beyond in her care of our cat. We love receiving the many pictures of our cat playing with her new favorite toy (introduced to her by Mia) at every check-in and appreciate how prompt and professional she is. Kiana is such a wonderful cat sitter. She is prompt and easy to communicate with. She takes amazing photos of our cat and leaves a cute, detailed note about their time together. Simon was so great with Harley! I really appreciated his funny report cards and how willing he was to accommodate Harley’s admittedly rather extra feeding and care routine lol. He won her over super quickly, and also apparently has a talent for cat photography because he sent me some genuinely amazing photos of her while I was away. She was incredibly responsive, responsible, and attentive to everything I asked of her, but she also went above and beyond to help with additional things whenever needed. I was away for an extended period after already being away for quite some time, and I felt completely at ease knowing my pet was in Christie’s care.
