“Chase was a lifesaver. My sitter fell through less than 24 hours before I left for a 5 day trip to Greece, and Chase stepped up on very short notice with my kitten Gabe (plus my first time ever using a sitter for him). He set up a meet &greet the day before drop off so Gabe could get comfortable, which made all the difference. Every day of the trip, Chase sent photos and updates, and you could see Gabe getting happier as the week went on. At one point Chase had a chance to also watch another animal, but he turned it down on his own once he saw Gabe was uncomfortable, didn’t even need me to ask. That told me everything about how much he actually pays attention and truly cares. When I picked Gabe up, he was so at home he’d hidden under the bed and Chase had to coax him out! Eleni updated me with great details about how they’re doing and food. the weather was changing every day from being very cold and then very hot and Eleni proactively adjusted the thermostat accordingly when needed! she would turn on cat TV every couple days AND put treats in their treat games daily so they would stay occupied during the day. Mochi had an accident and Eleni didn't hesitate to clean it up and take out the trash. she really took care of everything!”

I was worried that he would stay restless, but I was totally wrong! Anton sent me photos and updates, which made me feel safe asking more of his service again. Reiki was able to calm down within hours under his care, and very much enjoyed spending time with him 😄.”
