Wei did a phenomenal job with our mini schnauzer Watson who is still acclimating to the bustling NYC sounds. He kept us posted several times despite only having Watson for a day. Watson even got to enjoy a few excursions during his short time with Wei including a visit to the park! We were very nervous as this was our first time using Rover and Watson is a reactive pup, but we were able to enjoy our day out of the city knowing Watson was in good hands!
Ashley was a great sitter. I contacted her last minute due to an emergency and she was super accommodating and extremely professional. She started walking my dog and then we agreed for her to sit my dog at her house. I had unpleasant surprises with previous sitters, and being often abroad, dealing with someone trustable is a big plus. On top of that, I found my dog extremely in shape and happy. I would definitely recommend Ashley.
Gabby has watched my dog Halo at least 6-10 times! She and her partner are wonderful sitters! They also took in my two cats once or twice. It’s amazing for me to see my whole animal crew playing with other pets she is watching. It’s like one big happy family. All the animals and other peoples dogs look so friendly and even my dog looks so calm and comfortable. I’ll be using Gabby as my trusted sitter for a long time!
Sarah was very sweet to Lucille; she took a daily video and sent me photos. She responded if I had any questions or was checking in. I liked that she was upfront about her other Rover and personal commitments, so I knew how it would affect Lucille. It wasn't anything intense, and it was rare; Lucille was cared for and looked like she was having a nice, relaxing staycation. Would definitely trust Sarah with Lucille again!

Sawyer was great with Pepper and great with communications. Pepper seemed happy and comfortable in his house and around him. Sawyer communicated daily about Pepper's eating, sleeping, walking, playing and 'bathroom' events, so that I felt comfortable while I was away. I'm already booked to use him again next month!
I’ve started referring to Seung as the “Dog Whisperer.” From the countless pics and videos he sends I DAILY of our dog being loved and well cared for, it’s evident just how much our dog trusts Seung and feels safe and happy even though he’s not with us. Josh was a wonderful sitter for my senior girl, Lucy! Like most dogs, especially older dogs, she has her quirks and he was able to handle it all.
