About: I've cared for both dogs and cats my whole life-- I've never lived without a pet! I also have experience as a volunteer caretaker through my local animal shelter, and a deep passion for animal welfare and happiness. I work part-time and am a part-time student, so please check my calendar for availability. I have class from 4-9pm Tuesday & Wednesday and my work schedule is typically the day shift on Monday and Thursday. Again, if there are any deviances, I will mark them on the calendar! I'm happy to let your pet set the pace-- if they're a cuddle bug, I'll give them snuggles, and if they need some time to warm up, I'll sit quietly while they get used to me. If your puppy feels the need for speed, I'll take him on a sprightly jog, but if your senior prefers to take the scenic route, we can stop and sniff every tree. Shweta was amazing!! She house sat for my dog for the weekend, and I came home to a spotless apartment and, most importantly, a very happy dog. She took him on plenty of walks, sent me lots of pictures and updates, and was super communicative the entire time I was away. Tenzin is absolutely amazing - a hero and a lifesaver, truly can't say enough good things. She took care of two high-needs dogs (one is a a senior dog with multiple medical issues, the other has severe separation anxiety) while I was out of the country for a week. The older dog developed new symptoms just a few days before I left, and I almost canceled the trip, but Tenzin's experience and competence made me feel secure enough to go, and she kept up a constant flow of information and photos, so I knew the pups were well and happy!
Lilly was a great at-home sitter for my 4 month old puppy, Lila! Lilly tended to Lila’s needs, was affectionate with her, and was very responsive with me. She also consistently sent me adorable photos of my Lila while she was with her. Lilly also kept my space very clean. I will definitely hire her again :)
