“Marion watched out kitty when we went out of town for 10 days. She was an excellent communicator and kept us up to date on all of our cats needs. He came to live time with her when she came over. She was also punctual and communicated when timing needed to shift slightly. All in all a very positive experience for us and our kitty of course.”

About: I’m patient with shy, anxious, high-energy, or senior pets, and I pay close attention to routines, behavior changes, and individual personalities. I’m reliable, communicative, and detail-oriented, so owners can trust that instructions will be followed carefully and their pets will get thoughtful, attentive care rather than just a quick check-in. I’m a freelancer and student, Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I have a flexible schedule and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I’m organized, reliable, and good at maintaining consistent feeding, play, medication, and check-in schedules. I also like quieter routines, so spending time caring for cats feels calming and grounding rather than stressful or rushed. I care for pets with a lot of attention, patience, and respect for their routines and boundaries. In a client’s home, I make sure food, water, litter, medications, and general cleanliness are handled carefully while also giving the cat affection, enrichment, or space depending on their personality. I pay close attention to behavior changes and prioritize creating a calm, safe environment where pets feel comfortable while their owners are away. Always happy to send updates and tidy up!

I work from home and will have flexibility based on your dog's needs. I am happy to board your dog during the day or overnight, and I will be able to take them out for as many walks as needed. I am currently in a house with a fenced backyard, giving dogs extra space to safely play, explore, and get fresh air throughout the day. In general, I follow instructions to the T. You can have peace of mind. For boarding, I am happy to follow your instructions including crating and walk schedule.
About: I have owned dogs, cats, hamsters, and many other animals my entire life, and I truly love spending time with pets especially going on walks. I have cared for animals from the time they were young through their senior years, gaining hands-on experience at every stage of life. Pet care fits naturally into my routine. I am off from work on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, which allows me to be fully available during the day for check-ins, feeding, walks, and playtime. I am also available for evening and overnight care on Saturdays and Sundays. I’m dependable, flexible, and able to adjust my schedule to meet your pet’s specific needs. When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I prioritize maintaining their normal routine so they feel comfortable and secure. I follow all feeding instructions carefully, ensure fresh water is always available, and keep litter boxes or living areas clean. About: Whenever I meet a dog in the neighborhood I get so excited; I am definitely a huge animal lover! I grew up taking care of my family’s rescue dog and I loved watching him grow and training him to be a happy and healthy pup. I really miss having a pet in my life! I've been a Rover member since 2016 when I started taking care of a wonderful senior dog for over a year. Dog sitting for friends and family has always been a joy for me, and I regularly care for my neighbor’s senior cat and my colleagues’ pets. I have a hybrid work schedule, so I'll have lots of time to care for your pets and give them all of the love and affection that they need! At home I live with my male partner who is also a huge animal lover! Our place does not have an elevator, but there is only one flight of stairs needed to enter.
“One of the best sitters out there! Very professional and sweet. Helped my Mollie out by giving her meds when it was storming and I was at work. Daily pictures. Very understanding with schedule changes. My pups love her dearly! I can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend!”
About: What sets me apart from other sitters is the genuine love and attention I’ll give to your friend and companion. Pets are family which means they deserve the very best while you’re away. I want each pet care experience to be safe, happy and comfortable for your pet. I’m reliable, patient, and attentive to each pet’s unique personality and routine. I also believe communication is key, so I always keep owners updated with photos and messages so they can feel completely at ease knowing their pet is in good hands. Pet care fits really well into my weekly routine! I work part-time which leaves me plenty of time on other days and evenings to focus on caring for pets. I love spending that extra time walking, playing, and giving each pet the attention they need. When I take care of pets, I do my best to make them feel completely at home. I stick to their normal routines as best as possible so everything feels familiar like feeding times and walks. I take time to get to know each pet’s personality, whether they’re playful and energetic or calm and cuddly. My goal is to make every pet feel loved, happy, and comfortable, just like they would with their family.
“Lili took care of our cat, Mishmish, while we were on vacation. She followed instructions to the T, and our elderly cat, who is usually pretty lethargic and not overly friendly, warmed up to her. We came back to clean litter box, swept floors, and our cat having fresh water and food. We will absolutely work with Lili again when we travel for extended period of time, and highly recommend her to any pet owner.”

About: Most of my pet care experience is actually on my resume I've been working pet related jobs my whole life and so this is my first time actually doing it as a service on my own. I'm looking forward to letting my experience shine here on Rover to show exactly what sets me apart from the rest. I have been living in a zoo my whole life so essentially throwing in a few more pets really wouldn't be an issue to me. I have a set schedule for my pets to be fed routinely however if I am advised upon providing food to your pet at a specific time I'll just follow your rules because I'm pretty sure that your pet is already accustomed to the feeding schedule that you may have them on.
About: I’ve always had a natural connection with animals, and they tend to trust me quickly. I’ve cared for many different pets over the years, including dogs, small animals, and birds. I successfully home-trained my rabbit and hand-trained and hand-tamed four parakeets, helping them feel comfortable and bonded with me within their first week at home. I also have experience caring for my godsister’s and cousins’ dogs, including a beagle and a dachshund. Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I truly believe every pet deserves kindness, consistency, and genuine care. I have a rabbit named miffy, a parakeet named Beaky. I feed and water them everyday as well as charge the litter box of my rabbit as I trained him to learn to do his business in his litterbox. I also help my disabled neighbor walk their dog whenever nobody is home I always prioritize safety, comfort, and trust when caring for pets in my home or a client’s (or neighbors) home. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special instructions. I take time to build trust with every pet, allowing them to adjust at their own pace. I keep environments clean, calm, and secure, and I make sure pets are supervised, well-cared-for, and given plenty of attention and affection at all times.

Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
