About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was 12. My family and friends would ask me to pet sitting sometimes. I also trained my own dogs too I’m available weekdays before 9 and after 5 pm and weekends all day from very early to late. I don’t mind staying overnight. It’s ok for me I have toys for cats, scratches, a tower and a good space to take care of your pet without any problems. I’m also open to get some dog toys.
About: I’ve been passionately caring for dogs since I was 13 years old. Over the years, I’ve fostered and adopted multiple dogs, specializing in communication-based training, housebreaking, and custom communication techniques. I’ve successfully trained dogs to express their needs clearly—whether signaling to go outside, asking for water, or communicating when it's mealtime! Currently, I balance my college studies with working professionally as a dog handler. Because of my professional background in canine behavior and training, I understand how dogs think, learn, and communicate. Whether your dog needs structured exercise, high-energy playtime, or just a calm, confident handler while you're away, they will be in expert hands. Current Fall Schedule (August – December) I balance professional training and college courses, which keeps my routine structured and consistent. I am available for bookings on specific days each week: Morning Shift Days (Work 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM): Fully available for afternoon walks, drop-ins, evening visits, and overnight house sitting starting after 2:30 PM. Evening Shift Days (Work 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM): Available for early morning walks, breakfast drop-ins, and mid-day visits up until 1:00 PM. Overnight House Sitting: Available regularly! As long as your dog can be left comfortably during my work/class hours, I provide full overnight care, evening exercise, and morning routines. Winter & Spring Availability (Starting January) Beginning in December, my college semester ends and my availability expands significantly. I will have full, open availability alongside my standard work shifts for drop-ins, walks, and boarding/sitting. When staying at or visiting a client's home, safety, clear communication, and keeping your dog happy and comfortable are my top priorities: Potty Breaks & Routine Maintenance: I stick strictly to your pet's established routine for outdoor breaks, feeding times, and bedtime to keep their environment feeling familiar and stress-free. Appetite & Engagement Solutions: If a dog is feeling anxious or hesitant to eat in a new routine, I use low-impact playtime, light exercise, or gentle mental stimulation to help them settle in, relax, and get their digestive system moving naturally. Home Security & Respect: I treat your home with total respect—keeping doors securely locked, maintaining a clean space, and following all specific instructions regarding gated areas, crate routines, or security systems. Constant Communication & Updates: You will receive regular photo updates, routine check-ins, and immediate communication so you always have total peace of mind while you're away. (Note: I currently do not offer boarding services inside my own home, focusing 100% of my attention on on-site house sitting, drop-in visits, and walking.)
“Karen was absolutely wonderful with our cat, Mia. This was our first time using Rover, and naturally we were a little nervous, but Karen immediately put our minds at ease. She was professional, reliable, and incredibly communicative throughout our entire trip. After every visit, she sent detailed updates with photos, letting us know exactly how Mia was doing, how much she ate, how she was behaving, and anything she noticed around the apartment. She also went above and beyond by keeping an eye on the AC, replenishing food and litter when needed, and paying attention to all the little details that made a big difference. Mia is a very shy cat who takes time to warm up to new people, and Karen was so patient and understanding with her. Even when Mia became fearful and scratched her, Karen remained calm, compassionate, and professional, always respecting Mia's boundaries while continuing to provide excellent care. Thanks to Karen, we were able to truly enjoy our vacation knowing our little girl was in caring and capable hands. We are incredibly grateful for the kindness, patience, and dedication she showed throughout the week. We would not hesitate to book Karen again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful, dependable, and experienced pet sitter.”

About: Welcome to London Elite Pet Care 🐾🤍 For me, pet care has never been simply a job. It has become something very special that my son, Ezekiel, and I share together. I’m a mom living with my young son in New Rochelle, and together we’ve created a warm, peaceful home where the pets I care for are welcomed like part of our little family. 🤍 One of the things that sets my care apart is that I intentionally keep the number of pets I accept at one time very limited. I prefer quality over quantity. I want every dog or cat staying with us to receive genuine attention, affection, companionship, and individualized care — never to feel like just another booking. Every pet has their own personality. Some want to play and explore all day, while others simply want a cozy place to nap and someone nearby to make them feel safe. I take the time to learn their routines, personalities, favorite activities, feeding schedules, and little habits so I can make their stay feel as familiar and comfortable as possible. My son Ezekiel is also a wonderful little animal lover. 🐾 He enjoys reading stories to our furry guests, talking to them, playing with them, and giving them lots of affection. Some of the sweetest moments are seeing a shy pet slowly become comfortable enough to curl up beside us or watching an energetic pup find the perfect little playmate in Ezekiel. All interactions are always supervised by me, and I remain fully responsible for every pet in my care. Whether I’m providing a walk, a drop-in visit, daycare, or an overnight stay, safety and reliability always come first. I carefully follow your pet’s normal routine and instructions, and I love sending plenty of photos and updates so you never have to wonder how your furry family member is doing. 📸🐶🐱 My goal is simple: when you leave your pet with me, I want you to feel at peace. And when your pet comes back, I want them to feel like they just spent time in their second home. Thank you for trusting my little family with yours. 🤍🐾 We would truly love to welcome your furry family member into our home. Pet care is a natural part of our everyday routine. 🐾🤍 I organize my schedule around the pets in my care so they receive plenty of attention, companionship, walks, playtime, and rest throughout the day. I intentionally keep my bookings limited because I prefer providing personal, one-on-one care rather than having a house full of pets. This also gives me the flexibility to follow each pet’s usual feeding, walking, potty, and bedtime routine as closely as possible. My son and I enjoy incorporating our furry guests into our day — from morning walks and outdoor time to playtime, cuddles, and relaxing together at home. 🏡 For daycare and overnight stays, I plan my schedule in advance around each booking so your pet is never treated like just another reservation. My goal is to give them the time, attention, and loving home environment I would want for my own pet. 🤍🐾 Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my first priority. 🤍🐾 I provide care in a peaceful, loving home in New Rochelle where I live with my young son, Ezekiel. I intentionally keep the number of pets I care for at one time very limited, allowing me to closely supervise them and give each pet the individual attention they deserve. I carefully follow feeding schedules, medications, walking routines, potty schedules, and any special instructions you provide. I also take time to understand each pet’s personality, boundaries, and what helps them feel safe and comfortable. My son has grown up around the pets in my care and understands the importance of being gentle and respectful with animals. All interactions with him are supervised by me, and I remain fully responsible for your pet at all times. I also provide frequent photos and updates because I know how important it is to feel connected to your pet while you’re away. 📸 My goal is for you to leave feeling confident that your furry family member is safe, loved, supervised, and receiving plenty of personal attention.
“Ruth is absolutely fantastic! Ruth was incredibly patient and gentle with our adorable yet anxious 13-year-old kitty. Her communication with us was prompt and excellent, even though we were in different time zones. Initially, we were uncertain about working with a cat sitter, but we are thrilled that we found Ruth and would ask her to cat sit again without any hesitation.”

About: I have been a dog lover & owner for almost 20 years as well as professionally caring for a vast range of dogs in the Upper Westside of Manhattan for over 14 years. Rest assured that I will care & love your fur baby as I do all my own. I am currently working part time to accommodate the needs of previous clients, while I keep an open flexibility for the needs of my new clients. Please see website for additional rates regarding same day requests, private walk requests, & holidays. I have recently moved to Fleetwood and I am trying to transition my clientele from the upper west side to be more local going forward.

About: I've been around animals and taken care of pets my whole life. I am here for whatever your pet's needs are. Experience with puppies to senior dogs. I am working FT, so I am available Mon - Fri in the early mornings (6 am) evenings (after 5 pm) and anytime on the weekends. I am flexible with whatever you need me to do for your pet, whether it be daily walks (time specification by owner), specific playtime or feedings, simple medications.
About: I've had animals since I was born: dogs, cats, a bird, a snake, rabbit, hamsters, fish and some other reptiles. While I was born and raised in LA, I just spent the last 3 years living on a ranch in rural Florida with a horse, chickens, emus, dogs and cats. So I'm a big animal lover! I have a cattle dog of my own (very hyperactive) that I recently adopted. She was a stray and has some reactive tendencies. I am very comfortable around dogs with high energy (puppies are great - mine is 9 months old) or dogs with trauma. Dogs are so sensitive to human energy and so I make sure to be supportive and make them feel comfortable around me. I'll make sure to give your pup tons of TLC and ensure they stay properly hydrated and fed. For house sits, I'm happy to water plants, collect mail, and ensure the house stays clean. I'm currently freely available and happy to accommodate your schedule. I will clearly communicate when I will arrive (I hate lateness) and will give you an update of our walk with photos and text! I'm happy to do other things as needed, such as feeding them or administering medication. I don't feel comfortable doing injections though! If your dog is high energy, reactive or aggressive, I would be happy to accommodate his or her tendencies! I love playing with animals and studying them psychologically to create the most comfortable environment for their needs. Please let me know if your pet requires any particular medication, potty break schedules, oral medication or requires feeding in a particular way. I would be happy to accommodate.
“As new puppy owners it can obviously be nerve-wracking the first few weeks, especially when it comes time to first have someone else care for them. We had to go out one evening so we contacted Ryan to see if he was available. Ryan's communication was very responsive and he took excellent care of our puppy. Would use Ryan again.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Pelham
We love working with Jorge. He is the gold standard for professionalism and consistency. With other dog sitters (private and on platforms) we’ve seen a pattern where they are engaged at first and then trail off, but we have been working with Jorge for a long while and he has never given less than 110%. Best caregiver we have worked with for our sweet girl!

Kathryn was absolutely wonderful with our babies! 🥹 She took such great care of Amino, making sure he was checked on and had his walks, and she also checked in on Ms. Kitty while we were away. She was incredibly responsive and kept us updated with photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. Most importantly, our babies absolutely love her, and it was clear they felt comfortable and happy with her. We’re so grateful to have found someone we can trust with them and would absolutely recommend Kathryn to anyone looking for a kind, reliable, and caring sitter! ❤️

Karen is wonderful and took great care of our dog and cat, Taffy and Minnie. She was very thorough and professional and very loving towards our two. Taffy and Minnie were so happy and relaxed when we got home after four days, I’m not sure they noticed we were gone, no stress or anxiety. I can’t recommend Karen any higher, she’s great! Jennifer von M

Kameryn exceeded our expectations! She was thoughtful responsible and on time for all visits. Bayley is usually completely shut down when we go away and leave her with a dog sitter. This time we had Kameryn come to our home and she saw Bayley twice daily and we see the happiest girl now. We are so happy to see she loved Kameryn!! We would definately use her again!!

Vicenzza showed up on time and was reliable, communicative, and caring throughout the visit. She took great care of Tucker, and I felt completely comfortable knowing he was in good hands. The whole experience was easy and stress-free. I would definitely book with her again.

She was amazing! She did everything exactly as requested, including changing the pee pads, refreshing Oreo’s water, cleaning up after him, giving him his lick mat, and spending time playing with him. She also kept everything clean and followed all of my instructions perfectly. I really appreciated the care and attention she gave Oreo, and I felt completely at ease knowing he was in good hands. I would definitely book her again and highly recommend her!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment.
