“I have encountered a lot of dog lovers but not like Will! My dog fit in perfectly, and honestly I loved that! I will definitely use Will services again, and even recommend a few of my friends that have dogs. If you looking for a Nanny that is a 10/10 , Will is your person .”

“Destiny is wonderful! She responded promptly to my request and was very accommodating and flexible around my time needs for drop-off and pick-up. She offered a FaceTime call before booking so I could feel confident and answer any questions I needed. My dog is a senior dog and can have separation anxiety, but I could tell she got along quickly with her. She was kind, courteous, and very friendly. I’ll definitely be continuing to book with Destiny!”

“Amazing! Rafaelina was extremely accommodating last minute. Her love and support was incredible and the space provided for our pup is superb. She treats your pet like her own and your pet will have a blast.”

“Jorge is such a kind dog boarder. This would be the second time That my cockapoo had an extended stay with him. I got plenty of photo and video showing how much fun my dog was having. Fully Recommend.”

We also get progress videos and pics while away. Trust her with my fur baby. Looking forward to working with her again.”

“What an amazing experience from our meet and greet to our first booking with Lucy. Theo was made to feel at home with Lucy, her consistent updates of videos and pictures helped ease any anxiety one would have leaving a fur-baby for any duration of a stay. The flexibility and communication were Lucy’s super power. Thank you so much!!!”

“Kiara has a lovely home with a backyard which is a huge plus in my eyes. My dog gets nervous/shy when going to new places and she was really great with him. I definitely plan to return and highly recommend her!”

“Katherine was very communicative and JJ was well cared for. I appreciated the ability to stay in touch and loved receiving pics and videos throughout JJ's stay. It gave me great peace of mind. Thanks for taking good care of him!”

“Lio is truly a beloved member of our family and is adored by my three children. I am very selective about where I leave him and rarely trust anyone else to care for him. From the very beginning, both Sayarlin and her husband were incredibly kind, caring, and attentive with our "big boy", who think he is a Chihuahua. Whenever I called or had a question, they were always responsive and thoughtful, which gave me great peace of mind. One thing I especially appreciated is that they have access to an outdoor space in New York, allowing Lio to get fresh air and feel comfortable outside of the apartment setting. Their love for animals is obvious, and they treated Lio as if he were their own. I highly recommend their dog-sitting service to anyone looking for trustworthy, compassionate, and reliable pet care.”

Jasmine is a fantastic dog-sitter! She’s super responsive and communicative, and takes such good care of our dog, Daisy, that Daisy gets excited when she realizes she’s going on a “vacation”. I would highly recommend Jasmine to any pet parents looking for a responsible and caring sitter for their pet.

Alyssa was absolutely amazing! From the moment we met, I could tell she genuinely loves animals, and she took care of Peanut and Sprout as if they were her own. She kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. When I picked them up, they were happy, well cared for, and clearly received so much love and attention. It’s such a relief to find someone I can completely trust with my babies. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Alyssa to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and attentive pet sitter. Peanut and Sprout can’t wait to see her again, and neither can I! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Auredy was absolutely amazing with my two pups, Wynter and Goose! She accepted my reservation on very short notice, and from the very beginning, she made the entire experience stress-free. Over the four nights they stayed with her, Auredy walked them twice a day, sent me plenty of photos and updates, and kept me informed about how they were doing every step of the way. Her communication was exceptional—she was always quick to respond and made me feel completely at ease while I was away. The pictures and updates showed just how much fun Wynter and Goose were having, and it was clear they were being treated with genuine love and care. When I picked them up, they were happy, relaxed, and clearly enjoyed their time with her. I would recommend Auredy without hesitation to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and reliable dog sitter. She truly deserves a 10/10, and I will absolutely be booking with her again in the future. Thank you, Auredy, for taking such wonderful care of Wynter and Goose!

Rover Review for Leon ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you're looking for someone to trust with your dogs, please read this. This isn't just another Rover review for us. For almost two years, my wife and I didn't take a single vacation. We used to travel six or seven times a year, but that all stopped after a tragedy changed our family forever. Our beloved 14-year-old Labrador Pit Bull mix, Cooper, stayed with a dog sitter we had trusted for nine years. Before we left, Cooper was happy, vibrant, and full of life. Aside from a little arthritis that comes with age, he was healthy. We had been playing with him before leaving for our five-day vacation, and there was absolutely nothing to suggest anything was wrong. When Cooper was dropped off at our home after we returned, we were told everything had gone great. The moment I took him out of the car, I knew something was terribly wrong. He could barely walk. We rushed Cooper to the veterinarian. Two days later, he deteriorated rapidly. We learned he had suffered a severe spinal injury, and on New Year's Eve we had to say goodbye to the glue of our family. Cooper wasn't just our dog. He was the heart of our home. He was the one who held everyone together. To this day, we'll never know exactly what happened because we were never given an explanation. That experience changed us forever. It left us with PTSD and a fear of ever leaving our dogs with anyone again. Anyone who truly loves a dog understands they aren't just pets. They're family. Losing Cooper devastated us, but it also devastated our chocolate Labrador, Chloe. She grieved his loss right alongside us. The house became quiet. The joy was gone. Almost a year later, after a lot of healing, we welcomed another chocolate Labrador into our family, Callie. Even then, we still couldn't bring ourselves to travel. The thought of leaving Chloe and Callie with anyone filled us with anxiety. Finding someone you can trust is one of the hardest things in the world. Everyone has great reviews. Everyone says the right things. But when your dogs are your family, reviews only go so far. Then we met Leon. From our very first meet and greet, something just felt different. I went by myself with Callie and Chloe so they could meet Leon. We spent a long time talking about dogs, life, and how he and his wife started Dog City. He shared stories about the dogs they've loved over the years, and you could immediately tell that caring for dogs wasn't simply a business to him. It was something he genuinely loved. Callie and Chloe immediately felt comfortable around him. Labs tend to love everyone, but I could tell they were relaxed, and that meant a lot to me. Even after that first meeting, I went home and thought about it for almost a month. That's how difficult this decision was. Finally, I told my wife, "I really want you to meet Leon. We have to get away. It's time." So we went back together for a second visit. She asked every question she wanted to ask, and Leon answered every one of them with patience, kindness, and understanding. We never told Leon what had happened to Cooper. We simply told him that our previous dog sitter had retired. He had no idea we were carrying almost two years of fear and heartbreak. Looking back now, I think that says even more about the kind of person he is. His compassion wasn't because he knew our story. It was simply who he is. A week later, we dropped Chloe and Callie off for a short four-day vacation—our first trip in almost two years. While we were away, Leon sent us pictures every single day. He stayed in touch throughout our trip, letting us know how our girls were doing and giving us something we hadn't felt in a very long time. Peace of mind. His home has a beautiful fenced backyard, but what impressed us the most wasn't the house. It was his heart. There is a huge difference between someone who watches dogs because it's a job and someone who genuinely loves them like family. Leon is that person. When we picked Chloe and Callie up, they were happy, healthy, relaxed, and obviously well cared for. Every toy, every dog bed, every leash, and every belonging we brought had been neatly packed and waiting for us. Leon greeted us with a huge smile and sincerely told us how happy he was that we had finally been able to get away and enjoy ourselves. That simple statement meant more than he'll probably ever know. Leon didn't just take care of our dogs. He gave us something we thought we had lost forever. He gave us back our trust. Leon may never realize it, but by simply being the caring, compassionate person he is, he helped us take the first step toward healing. Sometimes people change your life without ever knowing they did. If you're reading this because you're nervous about leaving your dog with someone, please know that I completely understand how you feel. I've lived through the nightmare every dog owner fears. That's why I can say this with complete confidence. I trust Leon with Callie and Chloe. For me, there is no greater compliment I could ever give another human being. Leon, thank you for treating our girls like they were your own. Thank you for your kindness, your patience, your communication, and, most importantly, your heart. Because of you, my wife and I were able to begin traveling again after almost two years. You didn't just take care of Callie and Chloe. You gave two people who had forgotten how to trust the confidence to start living again. We'll never forget that. Thank you, Leon. — Ralph & Vivian
