“Kiara has a lovely home with a backyard which is a huge plus in my eyes. My dog gets nervous/shy when going to new places and she was really great with him. I definitely plan to return and highly recommend her!”

“I have encountered a lot of dog lovers but not like Will! My dog fit in perfectly, and honestly I loved that! I will definitely use Will services again, and even recommend a few of my friends that have dogs. If you looking for a Nanny that is a 10/10 , Will is your person .”

“Words cannot express how grateful I am for Omar. Not only did my overly anxious dog feel extremely comfortable with him right away but he made sure to keep me consistently updated and made sure to keep her very active. I had some travel issues that caused me to need Omar to keep Phoenix an extra day and he was so accommodating which is very important in a pet sitter. Phoenix is in love with him and we will most definitely be back!”

“This is my second time leaving my doggies with Rafaelina and they are always well taken care of. She updates me regularly and makes me feel at ease when I’m traveling. I highly recommend Rafaelina. She’s the best!”

“My dog just stayed the night with Noelle and he and I could not be happier. He gets lots of love and attention and I feel totally comfortable with the loving care and security that he is provided - you will too.”

“Cialing was amazing! She took such great care of Rocky during his two- night stay. From the very beginning, she made us feel comfortable and reassured that he was in good hands. She kept us updated throughout his stay with messages, pictures, and videos, which meant so much to us. It was obvious that Rocky was getting lots of love, attention, and excellent care. Seeing how happy and relaxed he looked in every update gave us complete peace of mind. When we picked him up, Rocky was excited to see us, but it was also clear that he had been happy and comfortable with Cialing. That says everything! We are so grateful for the wonderful care she gave him and wouldn’t hesitate to trust her with him again. Thank you, Cialing, for treating Rocky like one of your own. We highly recommend you to anyone looking for a kind, dependable, and caring dog sitter!”

“Banksy was so happy at Juan's home. Juan did a wonderful job taking care of Banksy. He sent us photos of Banksy while we were away. Banksy was in good hands and had a fun time. Thank you Juan!”

“Maria was simply amazing! Many pictures and video multiple times a day of our dog playing in the park swimming at the beach with her and other dogs. And again at the park and the beach… Amazing! Thank you for taking such good care of our dog we definitely recommend Maria’s help in any possible way!”

“Valentina was amazing with Bentley! She was so sweet, communicative, and clearly gave him so much love and attention. She sent me updates 1–2 times a day with lots of pictures, and Bentley always looked so happy and comfortable. She made him feel right at home, gave him plenty of outside and play time, and even sent him home with a little stuffed animal gift! 🥹 Her son Ezekiel was also such a sweet little helper. I’m so happy I found Valentina and would absolutely trust her with Bentley again. Highly recommend her!”

“We’re so grateful for the amazing care Sujaya gave our dog, Bosston, over the weekend. They were incredibly attentive, especially when Bosston’s belly wasn’t feeling the best and during the fireworks, which usually make him nervous. She went the extra mile to comfort him and kept us updated the whole time, which gave us so much peace of mind. We could tell Bosston was in loving hands. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Bronxville
Natalie was absolutely wonderful! She was able to dog sit Duke on very short notice, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was reliable, caring and attentive. She kept me updated and made sure my dog was happy, comfortable, and well taken care of. Will recommend to anyone:)

Second time having Maria watch Didi, my older dog. Maria is fantastic - based on all of the updates and pictures, it feels more like Didi is on her own vacation and not just being watched. I so appreciate all of the attention and love she brings to her caretaking. She is a true gem!

William was great with our big puppy Diesel. During Diesel’s one week boarding William made sure to keep us updated and at ease with videos and messages. As a trainer, William also gave us feedback on the areas Diesel could use improvement in his training. We would definitely recommend William as a sitter for your four legged children.

Wilbur seemed happy during his visit with Nikki. Easy arrangement and communication with Nikki - would’ve loved more photos and updates each day - but just happy to see Wilbur was in good shape after the 6 days :) Their dog Scout was super happy to play with Wilbur so it was good companionship at Nikki’s house.

My dog, Roo, had a phenomenal stay with Leticia!! Leticia was very kind and friendly, and had a lovely and cozy home that I felt very comfortable with Roo staying at. Roo is a very finicky chihuahua with high anxiety and is an extreme velcro dog, and she bonded with Leticia without a problem! Roo also tends to go on hunger strikes while I’m away, but to my surprise and delight, she had no problems eating while at Leticia’s! Leticia sent lots of pictures and videos of Roo, which really helped my own anxiety with leaving Roo with a sitter from Rover for the first time. Overall, Roo was happy and healthy and I couldn’t have been more pleased! I would definitely recommend Leticia to anyone!!

Brayhana is the best. I rely on my dog to tell me how a sitter does, and Rosie makes it very clear that she adores her. Rosie gets excited as soon as we turn onto the block and bounds toward the front door. I know she’s is treated with love and care, and I appreciate how Brayhana checks in each day.

Christine was amazing! She communicates well and timely, sent photos while we were away and kept us up-to-date even regarding our Lucy’s rough first night. She’s lovely, caring, accommodating, and flexible. Strongly recommend and would rebook again without hesitation.

Kiara was amazing with our golden retriever Kona. She sent videos and updates every day from their walks and playtime in her large fenced in yard. Kiara’s policy of dog sitting only one at a time ensured he had love and attention. He came back relaxed and happy, not stressed out at all. Kiara herself is warm and friendly, interested in hearing about all your dog’s foibles, and obviously a calming presence to dogs. We are absolutely going to use her again!

We left our doggy again with this lovely family - who now have a baby who is also so sweet with Wilbur. We love them so much and love knowing Wilbur is being taken care. During the heat wave, they made sure to take special care (walking in the morning, ensuring AC is on) as our dog gets super hot outside.

Noelle was a fantastic caretaker for our dog, Dodger. She helped out last minute, watching him for the weekend. He usually gets a little stressed after car rides and being left with strangers but he warmed up easily. Noelle sent great pictures and updates during the weekend and we will definitely be reaching out to her again!

Alyssa was absolutely amazing! From the moment we met, I could tell she genuinely loves animals, and she took care of Peanut and Sprout as if they were her own. She kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. When I picked them up, they were happy, well cared for, and clearly received so much love and attention. It’s such a relief to find someone I can completely trust with my babies. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Alyssa to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and attentive pet sitter. Peanut and Sprout can’t wait to see her again, and neither can I! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Rover Review for Leon ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you're looking for someone to trust with your dogs, please read this. This isn't just another Rover review for us. For almost two years, my wife and I didn't take a single vacation. We used to travel six or seven times a year, but that all stopped after a tragedy changed our family forever. Our beloved 14-year-old Labrador Pit Bull mix, Cooper, stayed with a dog sitter we had trusted for nine years. Before we left, Cooper was happy, vibrant, and full of life. Aside from a little arthritis that comes with age, he was healthy. We had been playing with him before leaving for our five-day vacation, and there was absolutely nothing to suggest anything was wrong. When Cooper was dropped off at our home after we returned, we were told everything had gone great. The moment I took him out of the car, I knew something was terribly wrong. He could barely walk. We rushed Cooper to the veterinarian. Two days later, he deteriorated rapidly. We learned he had suffered a severe spinal injury, and on New Year's Eve we had to say goodbye to the glue of our family. Cooper wasn't just our dog. He was the heart of our home. He was the one who held everyone together. To this day, we'll never know exactly what happened because we were never given an explanation. That experience changed us forever. It left us with PTSD and a fear of ever leaving our dogs with anyone again. Anyone who truly loves a dog understands they aren't just pets. They're family. Losing Cooper devastated us, but it also devastated our chocolate Labrador, Chloe. She grieved his loss right alongside us. The house became quiet. The joy was gone. Almost a year later, after a lot of healing, we welcomed another chocolate Labrador into our family, Callie. Even then, we still couldn't bring ourselves to travel. The thought of leaving Chloe and Callie with anyone filled us with anxiety. Finding someone you can trust is one of the hardest things in the world. Everyone has great reviews. Everyone says the right things. But when your dogs are your family, reviews only go so far. Then we met Leon. From our very first meet and greet, something just felt different. I went by myself with Callie and Chloe so they could meet Leon. We spent a long time talking about dogs, life, and how he and his wife started Dog City. He shared stories about the dogs they've loved over the years, and you could immediately tell that caring for dogs wasn't simply a business to him. It was something he genuinely loved. Callie and Chloe immediately felt comfortable around him. Labs tend to love everyone, but I could tell they were relaxed, and that meant a lot to me. Even after that first meeting, I went home and thought about it for almost a month. That's how difficult this decision was. Finally, I told my wife, "I really want you to meet Leon. We have to get away. It's time." So we went back together for a second visit. She asked every question she wanted to ask, and Leon answered every one of them with patience, kindness, and understanding. We never told Leon what had happened to Cooper. We simply told him that our previous dog sitter had retired. He had no idea we were carrying almost two years of fear and heartbreak. Looking back now, I think that says even more about the kind of person he is. His compassion wasn't because he knew our story. It was simply who he is. A week later, we dropped Chloe and Callie off for a short four-day vacation—our first trip in almost two years. While we were away, Leon sent us pictures every single day. He stayed in touch throughout our trip, letting us know how our girls were doing and giving us something we hadn't felt in a very long time. Peace of mind. His home has a beautiful fenced backyard, but what impressed us the most wasn't the house. It was his heart. There is a huge difference between someone who watches dogs because it's a job and someone who genuinely loves them like family. Leon is that person. When we picked Chloe and Callie up, they were happy, healthy, relaxed, and obviously well cared for. Every toy, every dog bed, every leash, and every belonging we brought had been neatly packed and waiting for us. Leon greeted us with a huge smile and sincerely told us how happy he was that we had finally been able to get away and enjoy ourselves. That simple statement meant more than he'll probably ever know. Leon didn't just take care of our dogs. He gave us something we thought we had lost forever. He gave us back our trust. Leon may never realize it, but by simply being the caring, compassionate person he is, he helped us take the first step toward healing. Sometimes people change your life without ever knowing they did. If you're reading this because you're nervous about leaving your dog with someone, please know that I completely understand how you feel. I've lived through the nightmare every dog owner fears. That's why I can say this with complete confidence. I trust Leon with Callie and Chloe. For me, there is no greater compliment I could ever give another human being. Leon, thank you for treating our girls like they were your own. Thank you for your kindness, your patience, your communication, and, most importantly, your heart. Because of you, my wife and I were able to begin traveling again after almost two years. You didn't just take care of Callie and Chloe. You gave two people who had forgotten how to trust the confidence to start living again. We'll never forget that. Thank you, Leon. — Ralph & Vivian
