I have a big & powerful dog who is doing her best to be good & calm, but does not always nail it! He was AMAZING with her!! I could tell that she felt totally comfortable and loved the whole 2 weeks I was gone. He walked her a lot and was very understanding about her special attributes & need to destroy toys. She slept in bed with him & was allowed on the couch, which was really comforting for her. I booked him the day before I left town and he was professional, pleasant & flexible with timing. He obviously has a great connection with animals & is an overall lovely person to communicate with on the daily (he sent pics & videos everyday). Brandon was a life saver, he promptly responded to my query and offered to look after Dexter. He was very helpful as he answered all of my annoying questions, very quick to respond back and most importantly he made Dexter feel like he’s at home. I had to travel for work right after my dog had a scary medical crisis. She wasn't fully recovered, she had some complicated medication instructions, and I was a nervous wreck. Not the best conditions for a stay with a new dog sitter! But Nathalie was wonderful. She is very kind and knowledgeable about dogs. She kept me updated on how Maple was doing, figured out creative ways to get her to take her meds, and checked in with me to make sure I was ok with everything. I came home to a recovered and happy (though sad to leave Nathalie's house) dog.

William was great with our big puppy Diesel. During Diesel’s one week boarding William made sure to keep us updated and at ease with videos and messages. As a trainer, William also gave us feedback on the areas Diesel could use improvement in his training. We would definitely recommend William as a sitter for your four legged children.
Wilbur seemed happy during his visit with Nikki. Easy arrangement and communication with Nikki - would’ve loved more photos and updates each day - but just happy to see Wilbur was in good shape after the 6 days :) Their dog Scout was super happy to play with Wilbur so it was good companionship at Nikki’s house.
Brayhana is the best. I rely on my dog to tell me how a sitter does, and Rosie makes it very clear that she adores her. Rosie gets excited as soon as we turn onto the block and bounds toward the front door. I know she’s is treated with love and care, and I appreciate how Brayhana checks in each day.
