“Naomi was amazing! She was so communicative, comforting, and kind. She was ON TOP of things in every single way. I needed a sitter last minute about a week out from my family vacation. I was scrambling to find someone on rover and Naomi was available and excited to watch Genevieve! On top of that, Genny had a rough grooming appt a few days before dropoff, and got a corneal ulcer in which she would have to take eye drops and pain meds. Naomi without question agreed to helping administer them and make her comfortable. You can imagine how worried I was as a dog mom, leaving her with someone new and with a medical issue! Naomi made me feel so at peace leaving Genny with her. She's truly created a doggy haven at her place, with full range for them to hang out inside and out. I am so thankful I found her when I did, and that Genny had such a wonderful time! She was whining when we picked her up, she didn't want to leave! This was the first time I had ever left her with anyone other than a relative, so naturally I was very nervous. Mel and Travis made me feel completely comfortable from the start. They provided regular updates, sent pictures, and reassured me the entire time. Even when Bella was going through her little “withdrawals” from being away from me, they made sure she felt comfortable, loved, and acknowledged. That meant everything to me. Sarah was just the most fantastic dog sitter ever! My husband and I left our two dogs with her during our summer vacation for over two weeks.
