“Naomi was amazing! She was so communicative, comforting, and kind. She was ON TOP of things in every single way. I needed a sitter last minute about a week out from my family vacation. I was scrambling to find someone on rover and Naomi was available and excited to watch Genevieve! On top of that, Genny had a rough grooming appt a few days before dropoff, and got a corneal ulcer in which she would have to take eye drops and pain meds. Naomi without question agreed to helping administer them and make her comfortable. You can imagine how worried I was as a dog mom, leaving her with someone new and with a medical issue! Naomi made me feel so at peace leaving Genny with her. She's truly created a doggy haven at her place, with full range for them to hang out inside and out. I am so thankful I found her when I did, and that Genny had such a wonderful time! She was whining when we picked her up, she didn't want to leave! I would recommend Naomi many times over and would give her more than 5 stars if I could!”

Keyla though kept us informed an let us know just how this first experience went. If I could give more than five stars, I would give Mel and Travis infinity. They took amazing care of my dog, Bella, while I was traveling to San Diego. This was the first time I had ever left her with anyone other than a relative, so naturally I was very nervous. Mel and Travis made me feel completely comfortable from the start. They provided regular updates, sent pictures, and reassured me the entire time. Even when Bella was going through her little “withdrawals” from being away from me, they made sure she felt comfortable, loved, and acknowledged. That meant everything to me. It was very hard leaving my baby for a few days, but they gave me total peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. I’m incredibly appreciative and thankful for their care and dedication. I will absolutely be booking with them anytime I have to travel. I’m truly grateful for how they cared for Bella and made sure she was as comfortable as possible until I returned home.
Giselle is always wonderful!!! She takes such great care of our baby and we know she’s had a fun time playing because when she gets home she just sleeps lol! Giselle always keeps us informed and sends pictures and videos of Meila’s day without us having to ask. We never worry about if she’s being given attention or if she’s being treated with the love and care she receives at home. If we are going to be away, Giselle is always our first choice for the simple fact that we know Meila is well looked after in her care.
Sherise was great! First time using Rover & I needed a last minute sitter for a night as I had to travel. Sherise was very nice and accommodating. She kept me up to speed with whatever Loki was up to and sent pictures as well. As nervous as I was to let my baby be taken care of by someone who isn’t me, I knew he was in good hands! Oh and it was a plus that she also had dogs/cats and Loki got to play a lot.
Altagracia is a complete gem!!! She’s so accommodating and helpful!! This is booking had to be changed bc of me and she was so kind and understanding. Atlagracia was very communicative during the booking process and during the actual booking. Moreover, my dog loves her!!
Shaun is great! He’s always quick to respond and very reliable. He handled Grey’s specific leashing needs perfectly and followed all our instructions. We also used his pickup/dropoff service and he was perfectly punctual every time. We’ve already decided to ask him to watch Grey again in the future!
This is the second time I've used Steve to watch Sammy in the last couple of months and once again, Sam seemed to have a great time. When I was dropping him off, he actually pulled me towards the apartment and started wagging his tail as we approached. Steve sent multiple pictures and updates and Sam came home happy!
I could tell my babies just adored you guys in the videos!! They came home relaxed and not stressed out at all:) Your calm nature was exactly what I needed to feel comfortable leaving my little blind Bella. You both went above and beyond, and we are truly grateful :)
