About: I have taken care of animals since i was in middle school. I have a dog and cat of my own and i love them so much. Seeing them satisfied throughout the day and loving them is the best feeling I’m currently going to college monday- Thursday. However i have a lot of free time so my schedule will be flexible. I enjoy animals! My house if full of love having 3 siblings that all adore animals as we already have 2. About: Hi! I’m Lizbeth, a lifelong animal lover and proud cat mom to my sweet girl, Minnie. I’ve also volunteered with several animal shelters, so I have experience caring for animals with all kinds of personalities—from the super social and playful to the shy ones who need a little extra patience and space. I always follow each pet’s normal routine and any instructions provided by their owner, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, litter box care, and any house rules. For pets staying in my home, I live alone with my friendly cat, Minnie, in a calm and comfortable environment. I would always make sure a visiting pet is comfortable around another cat before boarding and introduce them carefully rather than forcing interactions. I’m also mindful of doors, windows, food, and anything else that could pose a safety risk. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I’m respectful of both their pet and their space. About: As long-time doglovers, Tim and I have experience caring for dogs with specific routines, exercise requirements, medical needs, and nutritional necessities, including special diets and medications, enrichment sessions, paw sprays and salves, ear salves and cleaning, teeth-brushing, coat maintenance, urban walking, and training with puppies. Most of our experiences have been with poodles, spaniels, collies, retrievers, as well as toy breeds. Our routine welcomes pups on weekdays and weekends. Since we are both away from home on weekdays from 8:00am to 4:30pm, our best match during the week is a pup who is already accustomed to lounging throughout the day and having evening playtime. On weekends, we are able to welcome pups who may need walks during the middle of the day. Our spacious 1-bedroom apartment is equipped with an in-home pet camera to help us check in on a furry friend when we’re at work. Pups get the absolute best of both worlds with us! Tim is the go-to for high-energy, active playtime, and outdoor adventures. Anna is the ultimate couch cuddler and belly rub champion. Together, we’re great at keeping a canine’s specific feeding, grooming, and medication schedule perfectly on track. Our one-bedroom apartment is regularly cleaned and organized. It is free of hazards! Our building also has an elevator, which makes us ideal for dogs who need to avoid stairs. Our apartment is located on a beautiful, quiet block in Hudson Heights less than a 2-minute walk from Bennett Park, which is great for walks, potty breaks, meeting other dogs, and people watching. It is also only an 8 minute walk from Fort Tryon Park.

I had to travel for work right after my dog had a scary medical crisis. She wasn't fully recovered, she had some complicated medication instructions, and I was a nervous wreck. Not the best conditions for a stay with a new dog sitter! But Nathalie was wonderful. She is very kind and knowledgeable about dogs. She kept me updated on how Maple was doing, figured out creative ways to get her to take her meds, and checked in with me to make sure I was ok with everything. I came home to a recovered and happy (though sad to leave Nathalie's house) dog.
