Lio is truly a beloved member of our family and is adored by my three children. I am very selective about where I leave him and rarely trust anyone else to care for him. From the very beginning, both Sayarlin and her husband were incredibly kind, caring, and attentive with our "big boy", who think he is a Chihuahua. Whenever I called or had a question, they were always responsive and thoughtful, which gave me great peace of mind. One thing I especially appreciated is that they have access to an outdoor space in New York, allowing Lio to get fresh air and feel comfortable outside of the apartment setting. Their love for animals is obvious, and they treated Lio as if he were their own. I highly recommend their dog-sitting service to anyone looking for trustworthy, compassionate, and reliable pet care.
Anupa is the absolute best! She took care of our Toni like she was her own, taking her on more walks than we do ourselves, and snuggling with Toni every day. We really appreciated the pictures and videos we’d receive multiple times a day, which helped make the time away from our Pup fly by. I cannot recommend her enough!
Shanice took very well of our babies clyde & prince. They were very happy to be around her. Shanice constantly keep us updated with how they were doing and pics throughout the day. Our babies stayed with Shanice for 3 days. If their is anyone you want to love your babies with look no further. Shanice is one of the best sitters we have ever dealt with. I wont use anyone else but her.
Binta was everything you could ever want in a pet-sitter! She had clearly reviewed my care instructions in advance, sent thoughtful, detailed updates and pictures each day, and created a comforting, cozy space for my dog :) I was so grateful to have total peace of mind during my time away! To say Isabelle was amazing is an understatement. Your dog is always your first concern while on vacation. But when you have a reactive dog, who’s with an unfamiliar sitter, it’s very nerve racking. Isabelle made my dogs stay so comfortable. She was very responsive and constantly sent videos and pictures. For the first time in almost 3 years while owning my dog, I wasn’t constantly worried about him because she was so great. Her and her boyfriend figured out ways to make him not feel panicked. And I can tell they have a genuine heart when it comes to animals. I will definitely recommend her to friends and family, she is AMAZING!
