Park Paradise for Pups
I live within three blocks of three different parks, which are Ft. Tyron (Cloisters), Inwood Hill Park and one smaller park. PLEASE NOTE: I don't accept unneutered pets. I am a huge animal lover and wish I could have more than one dog. This is a GREAT way to play auntie to a whole bunch of dogs. I worked at NYC Veterinary Specialists so I learned a lot. I'm also friends with veterinarians and vet techs. I adopted my new dog, Miel after spending 14 wonderful years with my first pitbull Sasha. I love all dogs, but bully breeds have a special place in my heart. Miel is 7 years old and very energetic. She has NEVER met a stranger and I swear she will wag her tail off one day. The typical day starts at 7am with a meowing, "starving" cat as an alarm clock. I take Miel out for a walk/run and come back to prepare breakfast for her and my cat, Fangio.

This was Belle's first time being away from home and staying with someone she doesn't know. Despite Belle's anxiety, Vivian made Belle feel right at home. She sent reassuring pics and texts to let us know throughout the weekend that Belle was enjoying herself and doing well. Thank you Vivian!

Vivian was wonderful with our dog Pepper when we needed someone to watch her for a few hours during a short visit to NYC. She immediately made Pepper feel at ease and was kind and patient when Pepper showed anxiety and whined.

Huey was always so happy at the end of his time with Vivian. She's a great host for any dog 😁

We’re so happy to have found Vivian. She was a great caretaker to our dog. She shared frequent updates throughout her stay. We already have another stay booked with Vivian.

Thank you for another wonderful stay! Jerome always can't wait to stay with Vivian and husband.

I am happy to say my first time using this service I found a wonderful Rover! My Lil Keiko was soo good for her first time being away from home. Vivian did update me on things I was concerned about. Assuring me Keiko had acclimated well in Daycare. I would definitely book again, if just to have a worn out pup!

Schedule
I'm currently working from home, so your pup won't be alone during their stay. I usually take the dog out for three walks a day. There are also plenty of dog toys for them to play with.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
I can easily crate your pet if that's what you prefer, as long as you provide the crate. I'll ask for detailed instructions and follow them to the letter in terms of food, treats and any other requests. I do not take any dogs in my care to the dog park.

A typical day
We will hit one of the three parks within walking distance of my apartment. If the weather is especially nice and I'm tired of our parks, I will load the dog up in my car and drive down to Central Park so they can sniff around there.
