“5 STARS!!!! Victor is a loving and talented pet person. He saved me in a last minute travel situation! I have a big & powerful dog who is doing her best to be good & calm, but does not always nail it! He was AMAZING with her!! I could tell that she felt totally comfortable and loved the whole 2 weeks I was gone. He walked her a lot and was very understanding about her special attributes & need to destroy toys. She slept in bed with him & was allowed on the couch, which was really comforting for her. I booked him the day before I left town and he was professional, pleasant & flexible with timing. He obviously has a great connection with animals & is an overall lovely person to communicate with on the daily (he sent pics & videos everyday). This is the first time I have picked her up after being away that she is genuinely happy & chill. Def book him!! I have recommended him to my whole family & all of my loved ones who own dogs. As a new NYC resident, I was nervous to leave my 1 year old dog behind for a trip for the first time—I could not be more thankful to have found Binta :) She took the time to meet me and Joey before drop off day so that he could be as comfortable as possible. Priyanka was incredibly sweet and did a wonderful job caring for Maya! She was a huge help for me for a last minute work trip. She was flexible, calm, reassuring, and took lovely care of my dog. Angel was great with my senior dog, he was very anxious and defensive, but Angel did great in providing a safe and comfortable environment that he worked up to. There was also a miscommunication with the dates and I found out I was leaving a day earlier and she accommodated to me at such a last minute. She was great !
