About: Hello! I’m great with understanding needs of different breeds and ages. I can match the activity level of your dog, and will do everything I can so you and your dog feel comfortable! I’m currently working part-time with flexible hours. I may be able to accommodate last-minute requests. I usually have time in the early mornings and midday. I have my own walking supplies in case your dog needs anything. I’m good with loose leash walking or heeling, depending on if your dog is trained and what your dog needs!

About: I loved playing with my neighbors' dogs since I was a kid, and I got my first dog when I was a graduate student. I also rescued two small little dogs without a full moon and brought them up. I'm currently a postdoc at Mount Sinai. But my dogs are not around, I really miss the happy time surrounded by dogs, if you would like to let me play with your dog, that would be my honor. I'm available after 2pm on Friday and weekends. Please tell me in detail what good or bad habits your pet has and what I need to be aware of. It'll make it easier for me to take care of them, and it'll give us a pleasant memory❤️. My pet's diet is timed and rationed according to weight. Make sure he have fresh water to drink every day. Take him out for a walk every afternoon to make sure he gets enough exercise. At home, I play puzzle games with him so that he won't feel lonely.

About: Currently, I have 2 cats - Polka and Gray that I live with and my mom’s dog, Taco. I am great with all animals and specialize in gentle, quiet environments. I am very patient, kind, caring and I make sure that the animals feel comfortable before I interact with them. On the days that I am available, I am very flexible! I will be sure to provide the time and attention they need. Currently, I am available on certain days in the area. I will be very responsive and read all instructions very carefully. I will also be very respectful of neighbors and surrounding areas / animals. I make sure to properly follow the directions to any animals that need my care. I know safety is number 1 priority. I will be attentive and cautious first, providing the care the animals need second. Proper food access and nourishment followed by play is very important.

About: 33 year old looking to earn a little extra money while working remotely full time. I'm a huge dog/animal lover! I always grew up with dogs and helped watch/take care of them. I also helped watch, walk, and take care of friends' dogs, and used to walk for Wag, so I have lots of experience with it. Your dog will get lots of love and attention from me, and all the play time he/she needs. I work remotely, so I am somewhat open for walks! I just cannot commit to anything super consistent. I’m available for more occasional walks or visits I am currently not allowed to bring dogs to my rental apartment. I’m happy to listen to your instructions on caring for them in your home

About: Hi! I'm a college student working toward vet school, so caring for animals isn't just a job for me, it’s what I genuinely love doing. I've had my own cat for 5 years, so I know what it's like to be a pet parent. I've also spent plenty of time watching other people’s dogs and cats, from very high energy puppies to older dogs who just want a quiet environment. I'm comfortable with all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. If something’s wrong I will reach out immediately. Since I'm on summer break, I have a pretty open schedule, but I do like to be upfront about my specific availability. I'm available Monday through Friday all day. On Saturdays, I'm available after 4:00 PM. I can also do evening visits, but I wrap things up by 10:00 PM. My schedule is pretty open until I start class the 28th of August. I will have class on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11am to 1:45pm and Fridays from 10am to 1:45pm. I know routines are really important to pets, so I'll work around whatever schedule your pet is used to, like midday walks, afternoon play sessions, or evening check-ins before bed. Consistency is very important! I only provide care in your home because I believe that pets are more comfortable in their own environment, with their own things and smells. I'm really careful with doors or any gates and will always make sure to double check every exit to make sure your pet stays safely inside. I will treat your home the way I'd want mine treated, I will clean up after myself, wash any bowls I use, and leave things tidy. I'll also send any updates/photos at every visit so you can see how things are going. I will also save your vet's contact info, just in case of any emergency. I always like to be prepared for anything.

I've been lucky enough to share my life with some very special dogs, including a poodle who lived an incredible 21 years and, most recently, my beloved Boston Terrier, Skye. Skye was deaf, and caring for her gave me years of experience with alternative communication and dogs who need a little extra patience and attention. I recently lost her to cancer, and while I miss having my own little companion tremendously, I'd love the opportunity to give some of that same care and affection to other dogs. I'm comfortable with dogs of all sizes and ages and genuinely enjoy getting to know each dog's individual personality and routine. I'm an avid walker, so I'm happy to accommodate dogs who love getting their steps in, but I'm equally happy spending time with senior or lower-energy pups who prefer a slower pace and plenty of companionship. They are family members, and deserve nothing less. Photo and text updates will be provided throughout my time with them. Please note I am not able to provide boarding in my home due to pet restrictions in my building, but I would be happy to pet sit at your home during the day/overnight/vacations!
