I’m comfortable with meds or special needs—just let me know details in advance so I can make sure your pet is 100% comfy. If anything’s out of scope, I’ll be honest and let you know upfront. Let us know if your dog has any health or other issues that affect their walking. I have experience with dogs that aren’t friendly with other dogs, so that doesn’t bother me as long as there is no bite history. Please note: for the safety of your dog during walks, I usually recommend using a harness rather than a collar, and a regular leash rather than a retractable one.

😊Hi! I’m Yuan (Onon=my Cantonese nickname). I put my heart in each animal I care for and I wfh with a flexible schedule, so your fur baby will never be left alone or bored! My husband and I moved to NYC in 2018 and started helping neighbors and friends with pet care simply because we missed having our own animals. What began as free dog walks and cat snuggles quickly turned into becoming the go-to sitters among friends and neighbors. About me: I volunteered at an equine therapy farm in Georgia during college (yes, with horses, therapy cats, and dogs!) and dream of opening up a mental health practice with therapy animals one day. Before COVID, I traveled around the globe (Kenya, Congo, Hong Kong, Macau etc) for World Wildlife Fund-funded research on anti-wildlife trafficking. Now, I’m excited to stay local and build community—one tail wag or purr at a time. Yuan and her husband, Ian, were amazing with my dog, Kimber! I really appreciate how communicative Yuan was and all the videos of Kimber she sent. He looked so comfortable, happy, and loved. He developed an issue with his nail/paw the night before I dropped him off with Yuan, and she was very attentive. I felt completely at ease having her monitor his paw. I could tell immediately when I picked Kimber up that he had the best time with Yuan and Ian. Highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a dogsitter! I’m already planning on booking with them again for my upcoming summer travels!
