About: Growing up, there was always some sort of pet at home, more often than not a dog. I ended my dog-less drought when I dog-sat for a coworker. At the time I thought I was doing her a favor, instead, she reminded me how much I missed having a dog at home. Since then I've been dog sitting for friends, coworkers and fellow New Yorkers. About: I've had dogs all my life! My pup Toffee is my best friend, nothing beats coming home to someone who's always so excited to see you! I take care of friends' and family's dogs while they're away as well - both large and small. I spoil them and always want them to feel at home while their person is away. I take the pups out about every 3-4 hours or as needed. It breaks up the day as well and give me a chance to get up and walk too! Intermittent games of fetch between zoom calls are always on the agenda as well! I'm currently working part-time and have plenty of hours in the day to drop-in or watch pets full time. I love taking long walks with dogs and snuggling them. I watch pets in their homes so that they are most comfortable. I am reliable and will follow and enforce any and all house rules for your pet.
About: I am a dedicated pet care provider that is comfortable with any animal shape or size. I am very passionate about my job and making sure the pet Im taking care of has all of its needs, and ofcourse some slight spoilage! I started out in dog daycares and moved on to do all kinds of animal care work. I have experience with senior dogs and puppies as young at 2 months old! I am educating myself to become a dog trainer and can help provide tips when it comes to building human-canine relationships. I can also do specials needs such as insulin shots. I am also in the process of becoming a certified Animal Handler in New York State, so I can further my education in animal care. Looking forward to meeting you and your furry baby! I currently work part time once a week at a Grooming academy. So i will have plenty of time during the week to spend time with your pet! I also live with animals so I am constantly spending my time walking feeding and caring for them. I walk the dogs at least 4 times a day. Morning, mid day, evening, and late night relief. Also depending on the weather a trip to the dog park. I live in a spacious apartment with 3 cats and two dogs. I have done my best to provide a sanctuary here for my animals and any visitsors who comes across us. I have one room dedicated to the animal with cat trees and soft spaces. Water fountains (for dogs and cats) and beds for lounging. I have gates for separation during feeding times and a nice big couch everyone is welcome to lounge on!
