Jatna made it clear that she would be available any time if I wanted to check in or even FaceTime with my pup. He was very thorough in doing a preparation call to learn all about my cats prior to the visit. The visit was terrific. While my cats were only with Steven for a short stay, they were able to get comfortable enough to explore and play which speaks to Steven's ability to provide a safe and welcoming environment. At pickup, Steven even helped me to carry the cats home as I only live two blocks away. I would definitely recommend Steven for the great attention, communication, and overall ease of experience!”

We have traveled quite a bit over the years, so Whale has stayed with a number of different Rover sitters and families, and I can genuinely say that Anna was probably the best person we have ever boarded her with. From the very beginning, it was obvious how much Anna truly loves dogs and how much she cared about making Whale happy and comfortable. She went above and beyond in so many ways — she bought Whale toys, took her on trips to Petco, and made sure she was getting plenty of attention, activity, and love. What I appreciated most was the communication. Every single day, Anna sent us pictures, videos, and thoughtful, detailed messages telling us what they had been doing and how Whale was doing. Being out of the country for two weeks, that kind of communication gave us so much peace of mind. We never once had to wonder whether Whale was okay or whether she was being well cared for. Whale very clearly became part of Anna’s family while she was there, rather than simply being a dog she was boarding. You can tell that Anna genuinely enjoys spending time with the dogs in her care, and that makes such a huge difference. We could not have asked for a better experience. Anna is incredibly caring, attentive, communicative, and trustworthy, and we would leave Whale with her again without hesitation. If you are looking for someone who will genuinely love and care for your dog while you are away, I cannot recommend Anna highly enough. Truly an exceptional Rover sitter!”

I can’t say enough good things about Stephanie! Leaving Nova with someone new while I was away was a little nerve-racking, but Stephanie made the entire experience so much easier. Her communication was outstanding — I received multiple updates and pictures every day, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing Nova was happy, comfortable, and in great hands. What I appreciated most was how genuinely caring Stephanie was. It never felt like Nova was just another dog she was watching. She treated her like one of her own, and as someone who considers his dog family, that meant the world to me. I was able to enjoy my trip without worrying about Nova because I knew she was being loved and well taken care of. I’m incredibly grateful to Stephanie and would absolutely trust her with Nova again. Ariana was absolutely amazing with my five-year-old mini poodle, Onyx! I feel so fortunate to have found her as a sitter. From the very beginning, she was so caring, attentive, and trustworthy. She picked up Onyx up from my home and came with her siblings in case there was a lot to carry. During his stay, she took him on long walks to the park and made sure he was comfortable and having a good time. She also had a Pitbull who was in her care around Onyx, and they got along so well! I really appreciated that she always made sure their playtime was supervised. Ariana was also very careful and responsible. I gave her snacks that she could share with the other dog, but because the dog had allergies, she made sure to check with the owner first before giving them anything. That really showed me how attentive she is and how seriously she takes the dogs in her care. She kept me updated throughout Onyx’s stay with pictures and videos, including pictures of him with his new friend. She also let me know how he was eating and kept me informed about how he was doing overall. Her entire family was so caring and welcoming to Onyx, and I truly appreciate all of them. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Onyx was clearly loved and well cared for, and I was able to relax knowing he was in good hands. I will definitely be booking with Ariana again. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone caring, responsible, attentive, and trustworthy to care for their fur baby! 💛🐾

What a delight. Steven was incredible with our Bernedoodle. He really took the time to bond with our sweet but sometimes anxious dog. And in no time, our dog trusted him. He trusted him so much that it looked like he was on vacation, too! Steven sent lots of photos while we were away and was very responsive and accommodating. Will definitely work with him!
