“Aydrian is very knowledgable about dogs. He felt out Dahlia and figured out the best way to handle her. He also gave us great tips on how to walk/train her so she doesn't pull. He was very attentive and kept us abreast of everything that was going on, including photos. The last time we used Rover she was a puppy, but now that she's an adult she has changed, it was our fault for not noticing and being clear that she is shy and nervous at first. Great couple! They were very communicative with daily walks, feedings, play and even (unfortunately) some potty accidents. Very easy to work with and they are willing to work with you and meet you and your pups needs. Thank you Ziyu & Jeremy for watching Oslo & Otto for our weekend. I know they weren’t easy dogs but you took the time to care for them like they were your own and that’s all we wanted!
Beyza was wonderful from the very beginning. I contacted her on short notice because of a business trip, and she responded quickly with detailed information about her availability and scheduling. She made the whole process easy and gave me confidence that my dog would be well cared for. Before the stay, she took the time to learn about my dog's daily routine, meals, treats, walks, and habits so he would feel as comfortable as possible. She also let me know what supplies she already had at home and what I should bring, which made preparing much easier. During the stay, Beyza followed my dog's routine carefully and sent me lots of photos and updates. It was such a relief to see how happy and comfortable my dog looked while I was away. When my drop-off and pick-up times unexpectedly changed, she was very understanding and flexible, and did her best to accommodate my schedule. I would definitely book with Beyza again in the future. We can’t be appreciative enough of the amazing care Randi took of Cody while we were away for a week. She made him feel completely at home, and it showed in every update and picture she sent. He looked so happy, relaxed, and comfortable - it certainly looked like he quickly made himself at home, demanding pets and belly rubs! Picking him up, it was obvious he had been well cared for. He spent the whole ride home pouting and longingly staring out the car window. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing he’s in such loving hands when we’re away!
Sandra and San were absolutely exceptional with our dog, Luna. From the moment we met them, it was clear they genuinely care about the animals they look after. They went above and beyond in every aspect of Luna’s care. Their attention to safety and protection gave us complete peace of mind, and they took the time to learn every detail of her routine—from her meal schedule to her individual needs and preferences. They even asked for our veterinarian’s name and contact information in advance, which showed how prepared and responsible they are in case of an emergency. Throughout Luna’s stay, we knew she was in loving, capable hands. The level of care, professionalism, and genuine affection they showed her exceeded all of our expectations. We couldn’t recommend Sandra and San more highly. If you’re looking for people who will care for your dog as if they were their own, look no further. Jagruti is a lifesaver and a gem. She was super patient and kind with my nervous senior dog with especially complicated meds and dietary needs for 4 days/nights and kept me well-informed all throughout her stay.
