My dog is elderly and has a luxating patella in his back knee, and she was very attentive to his needs and limitations. She handled him carefully, made sure he was comfortable, and truly paid attention to his health. She kept us updated throughout the entire stay, which gave us so much peace of mind. When we picked him up, he was happy, calm, and clearly very well taken care of. Liudmyla was an amazing care taker for my 3 boy cats. She was always quick to respond and reply to my messages. Very clear and good communicator. She sent me plenty of videos and photos throughout the day. And her constant updates reassured me. My cats loved her and they were able to adapt pretty quickly because of all the effort and time liudmyla puts into getting to know each cat and gaining their trust. Even when I experienced some issue with flight delays, she was able to accommodate and take my boys for 2 extra nights. I greatly appreciate her and she’s a lovely person to work with. Denise was kind enough to take Gordon for 10 days on super short notice after our typical sitter had a family emergency. Booking with her was the best decision we ever made! Gordon's stay at her house seemed like summer camp! Activities, walks, other doggy friends, her adorable grandson giving him all the love and attention.
