I’m so so so happy we booked with Melissa. She was quick to respond and sent lots of pictures and updates to keep my mind at ease. She was always incredibly sweet and confident. What a pro. I have a 12 yr old shepherd who needs meds and has some reactivity issues but Melissa knew how to handle it. We will definitely be booking with her again. Lady seems so happy and comfortable after her stay.
We left our pup with Kyle & Zihan for a two week long trip. They were both incredibly friendly, easy to reach and provided clear open communication both leading up to and during the stay. You can tell they both really love dogs, and are eager to make your pup a part of their pack at home. Our pup loved staying with Kyle & Zihan. We received several pictures every day during our vacation, making us feel reassured that our pup was safe and having a good time. They asked lots of questions about how best to take care of Kito, and followed all the instructions we left for them, which was a primary concern for us since our pup suffers from pancreatitis. When we initially reached out to inquire about leaving Kito with them, they accommodated us quickly for a meet and greet, letting us into their home to make sure we felt comfortable with the space. They also suggested leaving our pup for a day to make sure he felt at home before we left him for the longer stay. This made it much easier for us to make the decision to leave our pup with them for our two week vacation. If you're considering them, don't hesitate to book with them. Your pup will be sure to have a great time.
Urvi took care of my 17 pound Cavalier for a night while I was visiting a friend in NYC. My little guy is sweet but so sensitive and I was nervous about his separation anxiety. Urvi was gentle with him and I couldn’t have been more grateful for her understanding of his needs and approach to letting him feel safe and comfortable. I will definitely reach out again next time I’m in NY!
We had a wonderful experience with Edelann and Lax and felt completely at ease leaving Buddy with them. They were communicative, warm, and clearly treated him like part of the family. Buddy had a great time - he loved playing with their dog Akira and enjoying their big backyard, and it was clear he was happy and comfortable throughout his stay.
