Jennifer is the best! I traveled for a month. She takes care of my cat Charlie so well. She sent me photos and videos everyday. She let Charlie stay anywhere he wants in her apartment. She got him food when his food was run out. She cut his nails carefully. I think Jennifer takes care of pets as hers. When Charlie comes back, he looks clean, healthy and happy. Our dog had a great time staying with them! He had a hard time adjusting at first and marked his territory, but they were incredibly patient and understanding. Before long, he settled in and became much more comfortable. They were the most responsive and communicative sitters throughout his stay. They kept us updated, flagged any concerns calmly without causing unnecessary stress during our wedding weekend, and took amazing care of Chase—even through the fireworks over the Fourth of July weekend.
