This stay, Symone went above and beyond what I expected from a dog sitter. During the stay, one of our dogs had a medical emergency (from a chronic condition, unrelated to her care), and she took him to the urgent care and then an overnight pet hospital. She stayed with him late until the night to make sure he was properly taken care of and helped us stay get in touch with the doctors. I truly believe that if Symone hadn't noticed him declining and acted so quickly, our dog would no longer be with us.”

Jadea was wonderful with Harry! He has some quirks and can be anxious, so leaving him for 24 hours made me a little nervous. She was so patient, attentive, and caring with him, and followed all of his routines and instructions perfectly. She kept me updated throughout the stay, which gave me such peace of mind. Most importantly, Harry was happy and comfortable when we got home. I’m so grateful we found someone we can trust with him and would absolutely have her watch Harry again!
We had such a great experience with Julie! She took amazing care of my dog and was wonderful with giving my dog her medication. Laura is a GEM. Our pup is highly anxious and requires loads of TLC (and some medications). Laura and her sweet pup, Vella, went above and beyond to make sure our fur baby was comfortable, calm, and happy! Laura is responsive and respectful, and we received daily updates with photos of the dogs walking, playing, cuddling, etc. We will absolutely be booking with Laura in the future- and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter!
Moonyoung and Sunhyung are AMAZING. This was our first time leaving our puppy with someone else and also our first time using Rover. They were so amazing with all of the updates and pictures throughout the day. They took our pup to the park and took him out of walks multiple times a day. They are also super responsive in case you have any questions or concerns. We’re so glad we found people who we can trust!
Janise has been wonderful with my pup Georgina. I’m always incredibly comforted knowing my puppy is in good hands at her home. Georgina loves playing with their dog Frankie, which is the sweetest bundle of joy. Their big spacious home with backyard also allows the two dogs to roam around freely. Janise is my go to sitter! Great couple! They were very communicative with daily walks, feedings, play and even (unfortunately) some potty accidents. Very easy to work with and they are willing to work with you and meet you and your pups needs. Thank you Ziyu & Jeremy for watching Oslo & Otto for our weekend. I know they weren’t easy dogs but you took the time to care for them like they were your own and that’s all we wanted!
Beyza was wonderful from the very beginning. I contacted her on short notice because of a business trip, and she responded quickly with detailed information about her availability and scheduling. She made the whole process easy and gave me confidence that my dog would be well cared for. Before the stay, she took the time to learn about my dog's daily routine, meals, treats, walks, and habits so he would feel as comfortable as possible. She also let me know what supplies she already had at home and what I should bring, which made preparing much easier. During the stay, Beyza followed my dog's routine carefully and sent me lots of photos and updates. It was such a relief to see how happy and comfortable my dog looked while I was away. When my drop-off and pick-up times unexpectedly changed, she was very understanding and flexible, and did her best to accommodate my schedule. I would definitely book with Beyza again in the future.
