“Vanessa did a wonderful job for my dog Scooter. This was the first time for him being really truly separated from his family and boarded. He is usually with his older brother Thunder if we left him. I was worried Scooter would be scared, lonely and have big separation anxiety. Vanessa assured me she would take care of him during my 4 day trip. She followed all the instructions I gave for him (feeding, walking, interactions etc), and used the supplies I provided (blankets, food, diapers, etc.) accordingly. She provided me with constant updates and photos to show Scooter was doing okay and he was in good hands, and turned out to be a great co-worker for her while she was doing work from home! ? We can’t be appreciative enough of the amazing care Randi took of Cody while we were away for a week. She made him feel completely at home, and it showed in every update and picture she sent. He looked so happy, relaxed, and comfortable - it certainly looked like he quickly made himself at home, demanding pets and belly rubs! Picking him up, it was obvious he had been well cared for. He spent the whole ride home pouting and longingly staring out the car window. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing he’s in such loving hands when we’re away!
Sandra and San were absolutely exceptional with our dog, Luna. From the moment we met them, it was clear they genuinely care about the animals they look after. They went above and beyond in every aspect of Luna’s care. Their attention to safety and protection gave us complete peace of mind, and they took the time to learn every detail of her routine—from her meal schedule to her individual needs and preferences. They even asked for our veterinarian’s name and contact information in advance, which showed how prepared and responsible they are in case of an emergency. Throughout Luna’s stay, we knew she was in loving, capable hands. The level of care, professionalism, and genuine affection they showed her exceeded all of our expectations. We couldn’t recommend Sandra and San more highly. If you’re looking for people who will care for your dog as if they were their own, look no further. We had a wonderful experience with Edelann and Lax and felt completely at ease leaving Buddy with them. They were communicative, warm, and clearly treated him like part of the family. Buddy had a great time - he loved playing with their dog Akira and enjoying their big backyard, and it was clear he was happy and comfortable throughout his stay. Wan is absolutely amazing! She took such wonderful care of our pup and we’re convinced he loves it there more than home.
