First off, he was very accommodating with our last-minute boarding request, and was flexible with coordinating our drop-off and pickup times. Throughout Vasya's stay he maintained impeccable communication, sending multiple photos and videos showing all the fun she was having. He took her out for frequent walks, and even a few runs (which he cleared with me in advance, of course). Sandra is the best pet sitter I’ve ever had. Thanks to her love and attentive care over the past two weeks, Cookie had what was probably the best time of her doggy life while we were away. The only catch is that because she showered her with so much love, Cookie misses Sandra and Penny terribly now.
My dog immediately liked Karla and didn't mind a bit when I left the house. Karla did an excellent job of sharing photos and updates during my dog's stay, so I was always at ease.
