“They were extremely accommodating with our pick up and drop off schedule. I have used river maybe five or six times in the past, and that last time I use them I had a very bad experience with poor communication and people were so polite and had a beautiful property and kept in constant communication with plenty of pictures and when it was time for me to pick up my dog, we had a lot of traffic and we’re over an hour late and they were happy to oblige. I will definitely leave my stellar with him anytime and I plan to leave her with them in the future anytime I need a sitter. They sent me lots of pictures. They even went as far as printing out some pictures for us, and they gave Stella a little bandanna like she would have when she left a groomer. They were very polite and had a great backyard, and my dog was very happy when I picked her up, so I know that they treated her well. They are definitely an A+ sitter. I highly recommend them and I have used the multiple times was good and bad and I had nothing but good things to say about them.”

“Amy was such a lifesaver! Recently I had to go out of town for a family emergency and had left my kittens with a friend. Her roommate started having a freak out, and she had to find emergency placement for them (I was unreachable because I was dealing with the emergency). When I heard they were put with someone online, I had a mini heart attack. But right as I reached out to Amy, she let me know they were safe and sent photos. Not only was Amy comforting, she sent daily photos of my babies and let me know what they did that day. “I couldn't have asked for a better sitter for Charlie. Billy was personable, understanding, and reassured me Charlie, my old, anxious, and maybe even senile boy, was going to be well cared for while I was away. I received daily updates and Charlie received daily walks, plenty of treats, and cuddles on his own terms. By the time I made it back to pick Charlie up, you'd almost think that was his permanent residence. Billy and Louie are on my list of keepers for my very loving but increasingly challenging pup.”
