When it was pickup time, all her belongings were together and packed for home. We felt comfortable, confident and excited to find a place we can trust for Violet when she can’t be with us! They brushed him out (which is quite a feat), gave him dental treats and ensured he was pampered to the fullest. “Let me save you some time...if you need a cat sitter and Rita is available, do yourself a favor and just reserve her services. She took care of my cat, Simba, for almost a week, and the whole experience felt like dropping him off at a family member’s that I could trust. Ditto other reviews, Rita’s communication was top notch – pro-actively providing health and status updates and sharing fun pictures/videos at least few times a day. It's very obvious she has a genuine affection for pets. She also exercised a lot of patience approaching and gaining my cat’s trust as he’s very skittish especially in a new environment. Her distinctive ability to read my cat’s body language ensured that Simba was always within his comfort zone (literally the cat whisperer!!) Additionally, her set up’s great with a separate room in her apartment that provided Simba with privacy and alone time that all cats need. Could not recommend her enough for cat sitting!! Gut feel her rates are very fair for the quality of professional service she provides. I’d almost rather drop my cat off with her than family as I can rest easy knowing he’ll be in good hands. Amarys was such an amazing pet sitter! Not only was she extremely humble and sweet, she took such great care of our pups, Mochi and Miso. I can’t thank her enough for being so attentive and caring with the dogs. We have a pup with a strict diet which she stuck to and even reached out when clarity was needed. She went above and beyond to tell us about her healthy, homemade treat line for our dogs although they have sensitive tummies…I must say, her treats are a must try! Our dogs didn’t have any adverse reactions to them and loved the flavor. Overall, I’d 1000% recommend her for your pet care/needs!
Catherine is the absolute best! She is super communicative, easy to reach, and I’ve had seamless booking experiences with her. She is also super understanding! I had flight delays that resulted in me needing a later pick up time at the last minute and she was super accommodating. My dog immediately liked Karla and didn't mind a bit when I left the house. Karla did an excellent job of sharing photos and updates during my dog's stay, so I was always at ease. I greatly appreciated how flexible Karla was with the advance notice changes to the pickup and drop off times. If I ever need overnight care again, I've got Karla on speed dial!
