“They were extremely accommodating with our pick up and drop off schedule. I have used river maybe five or six times in the past, and that last time I use them I had a very bad experience with poor communication and people were so polite and had a beautiful property and kept in constant communication with plenty of pictures and when it was time for me to pick up my dog, we had a lot of traffic and we’re over an hour late and they were happy to oblige. I will definitely leave my stellar with him anytime and I plan to leave her with them in the future anytime I need a sitter. They sent me lots of pictures. They even went as far as printing out some pictures for us, and they gave Stella a little bandanna like she would have when she left a groomer. They were very polite and had a great backyard, and my dog was very happy when I picked her up, so I know that they treated her well. They are definitely an A+ sitter. I highly recommend them and I have used the multiple times was good and bad and I had nothing but good things to say about them.”

“My normal sitter was already booked and happened to find Andrew who had availability and local . My golden is a high energy pup who is a lot to keep up with at times. Andrew took him out for runs and even rollerblading in order for Coby to burn out his energy. He kept me up to date while I was traveling and answered any questions I had. Overall great experience for my pup and I will book again the next time I’m out of town.”

It was the longest Mia and I were apart (a three week stay), but I felt incredibly connected to her through the daily updates and checkins Amanda provided. “Christina was absolutely fantastic with our dog, Phire! She went above and beyond, keeping us updated with thoughtful messages with photos that showed how much love and care she provided. Christina took Phire on long walks, ensuring she got plenty of exercise and stimulation. She fed her right on schedule (including her supplement) and made sure she felt completely at home. Phire was so relaxed and happy at Christina’s house—it was clear she was in great hands. Christina’s professionalism, warmth, and dedication made us feel so comfortable leaving Phire with her. “Karla was amazing! I will absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone to watch their dog. I have an 80 pound Bernedoodle who is 1 year old- which can be quite a handful lol. Karla sent me photos of him all throughout the stay. She has a backyard so he was running and playing all day. I picked him up an hour ago and he’s already sleeping like a baby. Karla is incredibly kind and trustworthy. She even gave us a card with pictures of our Apollo along with some gifts🥹 thank you Karla! I will definitely be using her services again whenever I go away.”

“Paola is a great caregiver. She and her family took very good care of our very elderly dog who needs constant special care and attention due to his age and kidney disease. At this age and with frequent need to pee, it takes a lot of work to keep him clean and from having accidents and mixing his prescription food twice a day. Paola did an excellent job caring for him, washing his bedding and clothes, giving him lots of petting and love to keep him comfortable and happy while we were away for a very long 12 days. I highly recommend Paola as an excellent, experienced dog sitter and are super grateful to her and her family for the daily updates and pictures, and for giving us a peace of mind knowing that our Desi was happy and well cared for. She and her son also were so generous in giving him a bath too, so he could come home clean. Thank you, Paola.”

My dog is pretty picky/emotional with people, so if he dislikes someone he stays away and seeing Ollie circle and say bye to Susan and her family when I picked him up made me smile. Highly recommended, would defintely use this in the future.”
