“Gargi & Sourav have been absolutely amazing. One of our furry kids was a bit nervous as I was dropping them off, so we were a bit nervous for them, but they have completely put out worries aside. The provided frequent daily updates on how our dogs were doing, brining up any questions or concerns along the way. Our dogs also really got along with their pets as well which made us happy that our dogs are also making friends. The dog park being right next to their apartment building is also a massive plus that helps with both social and energy levels of our dogs. They had a great stay and we as the owners had a relaxing worry free time. Would definitely book them again.”
“They were extremely accommodating with our pick up and drop off schedule. I have used river maybe five or six times in the past, and that last time I use them I had a very bad experience with poor communication and people were so polite and had a beautiful property and kept in constant communication with plenty of pictures and when it was time for me to pick up my dog, we had a lot of traffic and we’re over an hour late and they were happy to oblige. I will definitely leave my stellar with him anytime and I plan to leave her with them in the future anytime I need a sitter. They sent me lots of pictures. They even went as far as printing out some pictures for us, and they gave Stella a little bandanna like she would have when she left a groomer. They were very polite and had a great backyard, and my dog was very happy when I picked her up, so I know that they treated her well. They are definitely an A+ sitter. It helped that my dog took VERY WELL to her dog, Mia but the love and care left us with confidence while we were away. I was nervous leaving my puppy, Georgia, for the first time overnight but Gargi & Sourav put my mind at ease. They answered all my questions in advance and provided me with frequent updates during her stay. Georgia ended up having a nice time with them and their pup. We’ll definitely use them in the future.
Our dog had a great time staying with them! He had a hard time adjusting at first and marked his territory, but they were incredibly patient and understanding. Before long, he settled in and became much more comfortable. They were the most responsive and communicative sitters throughout his stay. They kept us updated, flagged any concerns calmly without causing unnecessary stress during our wedding weekend, and took amazing care of Chase—even through the fireworks over the Fourth of July weekend. Oscar was SO EXCITED to go over to Pete's house - I swear, he figured out what was happening 10 minutes beforehand, and waited by the back door for us to let him out. He flew into the house without so much of a backwards glance. Oscar spent several hours with Pete and when he came back home, he was happy and exhausted!! Little snuggle bug went right to sleep. We had a wonderful experience with Edelann and Lax and felt completely at ease leaving Buddy with them. They were communicative, warm, and clearly treated him like part of the family. Buddy had a great time - he loved playing with their dog Akira and enjoying their big backyard, and it was clear he was happy and comfortable throughout his stay. We also really appreciated the updates and the attentive care they provided. We’re so grateful for the love and care they showed Buddy and would absolutely trust them again. Highly recommend!
