This was the 2nd time that Michelle has cared for our Princess Lulu and she yet again took the utmost care during a holiday weekend. It helped that my dog took VERY WELL to her dog, Mia but the love and care left us with confidence while we were away. Her clean home, flexibility when traffic played a part in picking up Lulu and all the snuggles/love given like she was her own made me so happy to have her there. I was nervous leaving my puppy, Georgia, for the first time overnight but Gargi & Sourav put my mind at ease. They answered all my questions in advance and provided me with frequent updates during her stay. Georgia ended up having a nice time with them and their pup. We’ll definitely use them in the future.
Our dog had a great time staying with them! He had a hard time adjusting at first and marked his territory, but they were incredibly patient and understanding. Before long, he settled in and became much more comfortable. They were the most responsive and communicative sitters throughout his stay. They kept us updated, flagged any concerns calmly without causing unnecessary stress during our wedding weekend, and took amazing care of Chase—even through the fireworks over the Fourth of July weekend. We're so grateful for the love and patience they showed him, and we'll definitely be booking with them again soon!
Oscar was SO EXCITED to go over to Pete's house - I swear, he figured out what was happening 10 minutes beforehand, and waited by the back door for us to let him out. He flew into the house without so much of a backwards glance. Oscar spent several hours with Pete and when he came back home, he was happy and exhausted!! Little snuggle bug went right to sleep. We had a wonderful experience with Edelann and Lax and felt completely at ease leaving Buddy with them. They were communicative, warm, and clearly treated him like part of the family. Buddy had a great time - he loved playing with their dog Akira and enjoying their big backyard, and it was clear he was happy and comfortable throughout his stay.
