“I cannot recommend Chi-wing highly enough for the exceptional care they provided to my dog, Stewie, during the two weeks my family and I were out of the country. This was the first time we left Stewie with a stranger, and we were naturally anxious, especially since Stewie is blind due to cataracts and requires special care. We weren’t sure how he would react to a new environment and being around other dogs, but Chi made the transition seamless. Stewie has multiple medical needs, including daily medications for Cushing’s disease and congestive heart failure, as well as insulin injections for his diabetes. Chi-wing and his girlfriend handled everything with exceptional professionalism and care, ensuring he got his treatments on time and with great patience. Even when Stewie was hesitant to eat on the first night, they worked patiently with him until he felt comfortable and settled in. What truly stood out was their constant communication—they provided us with daily updates, pictures, and videos of Stewie interacting with other dogs and enjoying his day. It was such a relief to see him happy and comfortable, even in a completely new environment.”

Christian and his family were amazing with our 15-year-old Chihuahua, Cocoa. She has some medical needs, and we were nervous to leave her with a stranger for a week. The most amazing sitter ever. I received daily pictures of my sweet girl all day. She was living the dream! My flight was delayed and they were available to keep my Rubi an additional day. It was my first time leaving my sweetie with a sitter and first time using rover but I was at ease knowing she was in good hands! Will definitely book again if I ever go away for vacation.
Paloma was great! We had our fur baby on her hand for eight nights. Paloma updated everyday how he was doing during our travel with bunch of photos. Our puppy seem to be very happy on her hand. When we picked him up, he seemed to be so sad to be parted with her and refused to leave. He was healthy and happy when he came back home. I will definitely find her again when we have another occasion that we have to leave him behind.
Oscar was SO EXCITED to go over to Pete's house - I swear, he figured out what was happening 10 minutes beforehand, and waited by the back door for us to let him out. He flew into the house without so much of a backwards glance. Oscar spent several hours with Pete and when he came back home, he was happy and exhausted!! Little snuggle bug went right to sleep. Mariam was absolutely wonderful with my dog and you can tell she genuinely cares. My dog loved her, and her space was so clean and welcoming. We cannot say enough amazing things about Katya! We have a rescue dog who was previously abused and is extremely anxious — especially around new people.
