His dog Hermes gets on great with my puppy, they were playing together the whole time! We did a meet and greet before booking him to make sure that the dogs got along well together too. They were so warm, kind, and caring, and I really appreciated how much effort they made to get to know Leo beforehand and understand his personality and routine. It really showed how responsible and thoughtful they are as sitters. Leo got tons of walks, playtime with Penny, and plenty of room to run around in their big fenced-in yard. We loved all the photos and videos and could tell he was having such a great time. They were also so easy to communicate with, which made everything completely stress-free. We’d absolutely have Leo stay with them again and HIGHLY recommend!!!
I can’t say enough good things about Stephanie! Leaving Nova with someone new while I was away was a little nerve-racking, but Stephanie made the entire experience so much easier. Her communication was outstanding — I received multiple updates and pictures every day, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing Nova was happy, comfortable, and in great hands. What I appreciated most was how genuinely caring Stephanie was. It never felt like Nova was just another dog she was watching. She treated her like one of her own, and as someone who considers his dog family, that meant the world to me. I was able to enjoy my trip without worrying about Nova because I knew she was being loved and well taken care of. I’m incredibly grateful to Stephanie and would absolutely trust her with Nova again. Catherine is the absolute best! She is super communicative, easy to reach, and I’ve had seamless booking experiences with her. She is also super understanding! I had flight delays that resulted in me needing a later pick up time at the last minute and she was super accommodating. My dog Jax loves her and Cashew. 10/10 recommend Catherine and I’ll definitely be booking with her in the future!
