I can’t say enough good things about Stephanie! Leaving Nova with someone new while I was away was a little nerve-racking, but Stephanie made the entire experience so much easier. Her communication was outstanding — I received multiple updates and pictures every day, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing Nova was happy, comfortable, and in great hands. What I appreciated most was how genuinely caring Stephanie was. It never felt like Nova was just another dog she was watching. She treated her like one of her own, and as someone who considers his dog family, that meant the world to me. I was able to enjoy my trip without worrying about Nova because I knew she was being loved and well taken care of. I’m incredibly grateful to Stephanie and would absolutely trust her with Nova again. Kevin was great!! I was definitely nervous about leaving Willow with someone new, but we met up at the dog park beforehand so (we) and our dogs could meet, and make sure they got along. They did, thankfully!! He was great with communication which made me feel better leaving her. She was happy when I picked her up and everything seemed to go well.
