“Heidy is really friendly and very attentive. Patch had an amazing time with her dogs and always kept me updated with fun pictures which made me feel very reassured and confident. She cleaned his paw before going inside of the house since it was raining outside. When I picked up Patch, he was happy and tired, which indicated he had a good amount of activity and attention. I have no complaints about the service; everything was impeccable. The house looked clean and secure, and the care was very personalized.”

“Christina and her husband, Nick, were fantastic with our Stella girl. We hired them to watch her during our wedding and also bring Stella over to the church so she could be included in portraits. They were so accommodating and good to her and us, and even provided regular updates and photos to let us know how Stella was doing. We were a little nervous about everything because Stella doesn't warm easily or quickly to strangers. But Christina and Nick did so great with her and Stella seemed very well taken care of. He also genuinely cares about the animals under his care and will ask questions so he can provide the best service possible. Also, he is very flexible with his schedule. I highly recommend Andrew. He exceeded my expectations and truly treated my dogs as if they were his own. He is compassionate and understanding which was truly appreciated with my two senior dogs. This was my first time using Rover and I will certainly book with Andrew again if the opportunity arises.”
