About: My experience with animals goes beyond just having pets of my own! I’ve raised my cat, Khloe, since she was a newborn, cared for my boyfriend’s senior dog Gizmo (RIP), and even helped care for a family member’s puppy (Romeo) who was sick with a UTI. That meant keeping up with more frequent walks and giving the puppy extra attention throughout the week. I’ve also managed to keep three carnival goldfish (Darwin, Sayuri, and Mohawk) happy and healthy for over two years! I’m also a photographer and artist, so I LOVE catching those goofy moments that fill every pet owners phone gallery. About: I've been walking dogs and visiting and sitting with them in owners' homes for Rover for about eight months. During this time, I've had many highly-satisfied customers, both recurring and one-time. My other major activities are staying in shape and learning a foreign language. These part-time gigs, and the fact that my wife works part-time, leave me enough time to do some pet care. I cannot care for pets in my home, or for that matter have a dog, because the condo development where I live does not permit dogs. I care for dogs in their owner's homes, following their owners' lead, so to speak, and according to their owners' directives. Fortunately, this means that the dogs I care for, who know their way around their own turf, do not need to adjust to new environs. As a guest myself, I am naturally inclined to treat the home where I find myself with extra care and respect, more so than I would my own home.

Monique was excellent! She was able to adhere to specific instructions we needed for a reactive dog plus another dog that is relatively well behaved and our cat in our apartment. Monique was very friendly with them and able to accommodate coming over to meet them on two separate occasions before the trip began to make sure that we had all the instructions clearly understood. She was very nice during our trip while we were away and sent us photos and videos to document the time they spent together and she made sure that we felt comfortable the entire time that we were away.

This was my first time using Noelle to watch both my epileptic cat and my new kitten, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She stayed at my house for the weekend since my cat, RAMMY, needs medication three times a day. Before my trip, Noelle came over so we could go through everything together, including RAMMY’s medication routine. Maddie was by far the best dog sitter. I have two golden retrievers that love to run, play fetch and go on hikes. She did all of the above and more. she sent me pictures, took the dogs hiking at the reservation, they went on 2 mile walks, played fetch and were very well taken care of. Great experience! Communication was easy and consistent, and I felt very comfortable leaving my pets in her care. She went above and beyond — Rocket is currently going through a hard time and she cooked fresh meals for Rocket every day and was able to get him to eat without vomiting, which has been a big challenge for him. She was also wonderful with Luna and made sure both of them were well cared for. I really appreciated the updates and photos while I was away. They were clearly happy and comfortable.
