About: I’ve been lucky enough to share my life with several pets. I’ve had dogs and cats of my own, and I’ve also rescued some of them with my family. Helping them feel safe, loved, and cared for has always been really important to me, and it’s one of the reasons I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. Over the years, I’ve gotten to know many different pets and their unique personalities, and I’ve learned that every pet is different. Some are playful and energetic, some are more independent, and others need a little extra patience and reassurance to feel comfortable. I love getting to know each pet and learning what makes them happy and helps them feel at home. I’ve also taken the time to learn more about pet care, health, behavior, and the different things that can help improve and maintain their quality of life. I genuinely love learning about animals, so I’m always interested in discovering more and understanding how I can provide them with the best possible care depending on their age, breed, personality, and individual circumstances. Because of this, I feel confident that I have a some good foundation of knowledge to care for pets responsibly while also understanding that there’s always more to learn. When your pet is with me, my goal is for them to feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I’ll treat them with the same patience, attention, and care I would want for my own pets, and I’ll make sure you feel comfortable and updated while they’re in my care. I'm currently working two days per week and she's usually home, so we'll have plenty of time to be with your pet! I'm available for boarding anytime. Your pet can comfortably move around my apartment and won't be confined to one area, unless you prefer or they're used to being crated at certain times. My home is pet-friendly and pet-proofed, and I don't have any toxic plants. I have acces to a fenced yard, plus three parks nearby, so I can take your pet out for walks and potty breaks several times throughout the day. It really showed how responsible and thoughtful they are as sitters. Leo got tons of walks, playtime with Penny, and plenty of room to run around in their big fenced-in yard. We loved all the photos and videos and could tell he was having such a great time. They were also so easy to communicate with, which made everything completely stress-free. I can’t say enough good things about Stephanie! Leaving Nova with someone new while I was away was a little nerve-racking, but Stephanie made the entire experience so much easier. Her communication was outstanding — I received multiple updates and pictures every day, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing Nova was happy, comfortable, and in great hands. What I appreciated most was how genuinely caring Stephanie was. It never felt like Nova was just another dog she was watching. She treated her like one of her own, and as someone who considers his dog family, that meant the world to me. I was able to enjoy my trip without worrying about Nova because I knew she was being loved and well taken care of. I’m incredibly grateful to Stephanie and would absolutely trust her with Nova again. Kevin was great!! I was definitely nervous about leaving Willow with someone new, but we met up at the dog park beforehand so (we) and our dogs could meet, and make sure they got along. They did, thankfully!! He was great with communication which made me feel better leaving her. She was happy when I picked her up and everything seemed to go well. I’d definitely book with Kevin and Bubbles again!
