About: My name is Megan and I’ve grown up with dogs ever since I was a kid. Growing up, our family had a little chihuahua and 6 cats — so I know a thing or two about what it takes to take care of a pet ❤️ My husband and I used to pet sit when we lived in Paris, and had a few recurring neighborhood dogs that we looked after for about a year. Since moving to New York recently, we’ve decided to pick up pet sitting again now that we’re more settled. I have a flexible WFH policy with my job, so it will mostly be me at home with your pet! My husband is in the office more than me and works from home only on Fridays. Our apartment is relatively big, which is perfect for small to mid size dogs. I don’t have a ton of experience with large dogs, so please note that we are unable to look after large dogs. I would say anything larger than a Shiba would classify as a little too large for me, so please take note before reaching out! My job is flexible, so I’m able to take frequent breaks easily to go on walks. I also am an early riser so can pop out easily in the morning for a potty break! I don’t have a crate in my home and typically let the dog run around freely. Shoes, cords, food — anything chewable is kept out of reach so dogs don’t have a hazard of eating something they shouldn’t.

“Amaly was absolutely amazing with my pup. We were nervous to send our 5 month old baby goldendoodle to a new home for a few days, but we could not have chosen a better sitter. Amaly was caring and attentive to him, and always sent regular check ins so we saw how he was doing. So many sweet videos of him playing with Amaly and her cute little boys. He had a blast to say the least. She made sure to keep up with his routine and had no problem mixing up his food concoctions so that our picky little eater would be satisfied. Amaly even took time to teach him a few tricks. I’m so glad that our pup felt safe and loved while we were away. He thoroughly enjoyed this little mini vacation. Denise was kind enough to take Gordon for 10 days on super short notice after our typical sitter had a family emergency. Booking with her was the best decision we ever made! Gordon's stay at her house seemed like summer camp! Activities, walks, other doggy friends, her adorable grandson giving him all the love and attention. Her house is absolutely beautiful with a lovely backyard. Receiving photos daily was such a treat and we knew he was having the best time. We love love love Denise and will 100000000% rebook with her. She was worth every cent. Gordon was visibly sad to be leaving!!!!
They were absolutely amazing with Louie! They provided frequent updates throughout his stay, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear from the photos and videos that Louie was having a wonderful time. He loved playing with their dog, enjoyed plenty of cuddle time, and came home happy, relaxed, and well cared for. They were also very responsive to messages and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I truly felt that Louie was treated like part of their family while he was there. My dog stayed with Andrew for a week and it was the best boarding/overnight stay we’ve had to date. Andrew kept him busy with a variety of activities and was very thoughtful about pairing him up with dogs of compatible temperaments for play/social time. Andrew provided regular updates throughout the week and our dog returned home happy and relaxed.
We left our maltipoo with Moonyoung and Sunhyung for the longest we have ever left her. We were admittedly very nervous at first, but were immediately put at ease. Our dog was not doing so well with the adjustment the first few days and was having some GI problems, but they were so patient, kind, and caring with her and nursed her back to health while communicating with us the whole time. I could tell our pup was so comfortable and happy with them once she felt better- and it made my time away so much more enjoyable and relaxed. Don’t hesitate to book - they are such great and kind people!
We had a wonderful experience with Edelann and Lax and felt completely at ease leaving Buddy with them. They were communicative, warm, and clearly treated him like part of the family. Buddy had a great time - he loved playing with their dog Akira and enjoying their big backyard, and it was clear he was happy and comfortable throughout his stay. We also really appreciated the updates and the attentive care they provided. We’re so grateful for the love and care they showed Buddy and would absolutely trust them again. Highly recommend!
