All my anxiety about being away from my dog Winnie for the first time was instantly relieved when I met Alin and her husband! They were incredibly warm people, greeting me with excitement and kindness, and showed the same kindness to Winnie, letting her get adjusted to their apartment with patience. Initially I was worried about Winnie being too high-energy for a boarder, as she needs at least two walks a day, plenty of playtime, and generally can be a bit of a handful, but Alin completely surpassed all my expectations and took Winnie out for constant playtime and walks! She sent me lots of updates (photos, videos) of Winnie playing and exploring in their beautiful outdoor space, in which my Winnie always had a big smile on her face! Sandra and San were absolutely incredible with Leo! We left him with them for 5 nights and felt so comfortable knowing he was in such good hands. They were so warm, kind, and caring, and I really appreciated how much effort they made to get to know Leo beforehand and understand his personality and routine. It really showed how responsible and thoughtful they are as sitters. Leo got tons of walks, playtime with Penny, and plenty of room to run around in their big fenced-in yard. We loved all the photos and videos and could tell he was having such a great time. They were also so easy to communicate with, which made everything completely stress-free. I can’t say enough good things about Stephanie! Leaving Nova with someone new while I was away was a little nerve-racking, but Stephanie made the entire experience so much easier. Her communication was outstanding — I received multiple updates and pictures every day, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing Nova was happy, comfortable, and in great hands. What I appreciated most was how genuinely caring Stephanie was. It never felt like Nova was just another dog she was watching. She treated her like one of her own, and as someone who considers his dog family, that meant the world to me. I was able to enjoy my trip without worrying about Nova because I knew she was being loved and well taken care of. I’m incredibly grateful to Stephanie and would absolutely trust her with Nova again. Kevin was great!! I was definitely nervous about leaving Willow with someone new, but we met up at the dog park beforehand so (we) and our dogs could meet, and make sure they got along. They did, thankfully!! He was great with communication which made me feel better leaving her. She was happy when I picked her up and everything seemed to go well. I’d definitely book with Kevin and Bubbles again!
Catherine is the absolute best! She is super communicative, easy to reach, and I’ve had seamless booking experiences with her. She is also super understanding! I had flight delays that resulted in me needing a later pick up time at the last minute and she was super accommodating.
