They are great at communicating whether it just be a check in or asking a question about Luna’s food preferences. They also took lots of pictures and great videos to help us miss Luna less and let us know she was in great hands. We would highly recommend trusting Susan with your dog!”
“Kate and Juan are wonderful!!! We have two rescue pups who both have their own “issues.” We were so impressed with the care and attention Kate and Juan gave to Luna and Lola. Especially Luna who was likely abused in her past and is very timid around strangers. Kate and Juan sent us lots of pics and updates and we could see Luna really warming up to them amazingly quickly. They both really have a wonderful talent and natural affinity for dogs. We will absolutely use them again. I knew when I picked the girls up that they would be happy to return. Why? They both looked at me when I walked into Kate and Juan’s house and their expressions and body language clearly said “Really? Do we have to go home now?” Two more words about Kate and Juan: FIVE STARS!”

“5 STARS!!!! Victor is a loving and talented pet person. He saved me in a last minute travel situation! I have a big & powerful dog who is doing her best to be good & calm, but does not always nail it! He was AMAZING with her!! I could tell that she felt totally comfortable and loved the whole 2 weeks I was gone. He walked her a lot and was very understanding about her special attributes & need to destroy toys. She slept in bed with him & was allowed on the couch, which was really comforting for her. I booked him the day before I left town and he was professional, pleasant & flexible with timing. He obviously has a great connection with animals & is an overall lovely person to communicate with on the daily (he sent pics & videos everyday). This is the first time I have picked her up after being away that she is genuinely happy & chill. Def book him!! I have recommended him to my whole family & all of my loved ones who own dogs. He lives on a quiet street with really wide sidewalks, good if your dog has dog reactivity. Perfect experience from start to finish.”

From the very beginning, both Sayarlin and her husband were incredibly kind, caring, and attentive with our "big boy", who think he is a Chihuahua. Whenever I called or had a question, they were always responsive and thoughtful, which gave me great peace of mind. One thing I especially appreciated is that they have access to an outdoor space in New York, allowing Lio to get fresh air and feel comfortable outside of the apartment setting. Binta was absolutely wonderful. We left our black lab, Boo, with her for over a week while we were away. Boo had been dealing with some health issues before we left town that unfortunately required some major changes to her routine, including a pretty extensive daily regimen of medications. Binta was amazing. She didn't miss a thing, and provided daily, detailed account of Boo's progress--along with fabulous photos. I highly recommend Binta. She's a tru pro. She watched Boo under less-than-ideal circumstances, and Boo didn't make it easy on her. In spite of all that, Binta was patient, thoughtful, meticulous and an all-around professional.
We had such a great experience with Julie! She took amazing care of my dog and was wonderful with giving my dog her medication. She kept us updated throughout the stay by sending us lots of videos and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She was very kind, attentive, and caring, and it was clear my dog was very comftorable and happy with her. We definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving dog sitter!

Jinyi was and angel!!! She was constantly in contact with me sending me updates of my Nala. She was extremely caring and Nala loved it. The best part was that Nala loved and learned so much from Norman, Jinyi’s golden retriever who is so sweet and such a well-behaved boy. She has done such an amazing job with training Norman and Nala benefited so much from it. I am definitely planning to send Nala back to her 💕💕💕

Great couple! They were very communicative with daily walks, feedings, play and even (unfortunately) some potty accidents. Very easy to work with and they are willing to work with you and meet you and your pups needs. Thank you Ziyu & Jeremy for watching Oslo & Otto for our weekend. I know they weren’t easy dogs but you took the time to care for them like they were your own and that’s all we wanted!
