Jatna made it clear that she would be available any time if I wanted to check in or even FaceTime with my pup. “5 STARS!!!! Victor is a loving and talented pet person. He saved me in a last minute travel situation! I have a big & powerful dog who is doing her best to be good & calm, but does not always nail it! He was AMAZING with her!! I could tell that she felt totally comfortable and loved the whole 2 weeks I was gone. He walked her a lot and was very understanding about her special attributes & need to destroy toys. She slept in bed with him & was allowed on the couch, which was really comforting for her. I booked him the day before I left town and he was professional, pleasant & flexible with timing. He obviously has a great connection with animals & is an overall lovely person to communicate with on the daily (he sent pics & videos everyday). This is the first time I have picked her up after being away that she is genuinely happy & chill. Def book him!! I have recommended him to my whole family & all of my loved ones who own dogs. He lives on a quiet street with really wide sidewalks, good if your dog has dog reactivity. Perfect experience from start to finish.”

It was a little nervewracking because he's new to the platform, but Steve was great with Sammy! When I dropped Sam off, he asked a lot of questions about his routines and behaviors and you can tell that he really cares about your dog's experience. He was good about sending pictures and details throughout our trip about how Sam was doing. He was even able to get Sam to play fetch a bit, which he never does! Dropoff and pickup were easy to coordinate. Even when we returned a bit later than anticipated, Steve was easy going about it. I picked up a very happy, rested pup! Leading up to my pets stay Binta was available for not only a meet and greet , but available for all my questions and concerns. This was my first time booking with not only Rover , but with a pet sitter . Leaving my puppy for 1 week scared me tremendously, but I was put at complete ease after communicating with Binta. She worked hard to stay on schedule with my pets walks and feeding times. She also kept him busy with park activities and socialization for my pup ! She kept me updated each day and was always available for communication! I would definitely rebook with Binta for future stays !
I can’t say enough good things about Stephanie! Leaving Nova with someone new while I was away was a little nerve-racking, but Stephanie made the entire experience so much easier. Her communication was outstanding — I received multiple updates and pictures every day, which gave me so much peace of mind knowing Nova was happy, comfortable, and in great hands. What I appreciated most was how genuinely caring Stephanie was. It never felt like Nova was just another dog she was watching. She treated her like one of her own, and as someone who considers his dog family, that meant the world to me. I was able to enjoy my trip without worrying about Nova because I knew she was being loved and well taken care of. I’m incredibly grateful to Stephanie and would absolutely trust her with Nova again. Highly recommend!
Aneuris was amazing with my little lady! She’s full of energy and loves to chat (bark), and he was so patient and understanding with her. I got regular updates, videos, and photos while she was with him, and she looked so happy and at ease! I highly recommend him!
