Our dog was not doing so well with the adjustment the first few days and was having some GI problems, but they were so patient, kind, and caring with her and nursed her back to health while communicating with us the whole time. I could tell our pup was so comfortable and happy with them once she felt better- and it made my time away so much more enjoyable and relaxed. Anupa was so great with my dog Zelda. We had a 4 day camping trip and even though cell service wasn’t always reliable for us, Anupa still sent picture updates of my sweet girl. She always looked like she was having such a great time with Anupa. She was also really accommodating about times for us to drop off/ pick up Zelda. I’m really appreciative of that. Overall it was a great experience and if ever I need to go out of town again I’m coming right back to Anupa. Highly, highly recommend!
Binta was everything you could ever want in a pet-sitter! There aren't enough words to describe how AMAZING Lena is. Lena communication is on point; asking all the right questions prior and during. Providing videos and pictures without even asking. I was updated every step of the way. My baby is geriatric at 14 years young. The care that was taken to make sure he was fed, walked, loved - Impeccable. Huge thanks to Lena for being an awesome person. Will definitely request services again if willing to have my furbaby back.
