Within an hour Giselle was providing videos and updates on my dog which helped my wife and I get comfortable very fast. “Kate and Juan are wonderful!!! We have two rescue pups who both have their own “issues.” We were so impressed with the care and attention Kate and Juan gave to Luna and Lola. Especially Luna who was likely abused in her past and is very timid around strangers. Kate and Juan sent us lots of pics and updates and we could see Luna really warming up to them amazingly quickly. They both really have a wonderful talent and natural affinity for dogs. We will absolutely use them again. I knew when I picked the girls up that they would be happy to return. Why? Natali took wonderful care of Griffin while I was away. She was very patient with all of his quirks and special needs. She was very communicative and regularly let me know how he was doing. I really felt like she made Griffin very comfortable in her home and cared for him as if he were her own. I’m also very grateful to her for being so accommodating when I realized at the last minute that I had booked for the wrong dates! I would absolutely trust her to watch Griffin again in the future.
Binta was absolutely wonderful. We left our black lab, Boo, with her for over a week while we were away. Boo had been dealing with some health issues before we left town that unfortunately required some major changes to her routine, including a pretty extensive daily regimen of medications. Binta was amazing. She didn't miss a thing, and provided daily, detailed account of Boo's progress--along with fabulous photos. I highly recommend Binta. She's a tru pro. She watched Boo under less-than-ideal circumstances, and Boo didn't make it easy on her. In spite of all that, Binta was patient, thoughtful, meticulous and an all-around professional.
We had such a great experience with Julie! She took amazing care of my dog and was wonderful with giving my dog her medication. She kept us updated throughout the stay by sending us lots of videos and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She was very kind, attentive, and caring, and it was clear my dog was very comftorable and happy with her. We definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving dog sitter!
Luis took great care of Milo! This was my first time leaving him with a sitter so I was really nervous at first, but I quickly felt like he was in good hands and didn’t have to worry while I was away. Jinyi was and angel!!! She was constantly in contact with me sending me updates of my Nala. She was extremely caring and Nala loved it. The best part was that Nala loved and learned so much from Norman, Jinyi’s golden retriever who is so sweet and such a well-behaved boy. She has done such an amazing job with training Norman and Nala benefited so much from it. I am definitely planning to send Nala back to her 💕💕💕

Great couple! They were very communicative with daily walks, feedings, play and even (unfortunately) some potty accidents. Very easy to work with and they are willing to work with you and meet you and your pups needs. Thank you Ziyu & Jeremy for watching Oslo & Otto for our weekend. I know they weren’t easy dogs but you took the time to care for them like they were your own and that’s all we wanted!
