I've lived with pets (dogs, cats, turtles, etc) for the past 20 years!! (I can't believe it's been that long). I absolute love pets and have a dealt with pets of a diverse range of personalities and breeds. From boston terriers, English Bulldogs, Labrador Retrievers, Chihuahuas, Yorkies, Short-hair cats/Long-haired cats and more!! I love the variety of personalities a pet has so I am ready with open arms to take care of any type of dog or cat and will be cognisant of all their quirks. <3 I am studying for a career in medicine so I am well-versed in looking out for medical issues that may arise and also know how to administer medicine. Caitlin did a wonderful job taking care of my dog, Silky, for the night. She was very communicative, sending me updates and photos that showed Silky was comfortable and enjoying herself. Caitlin’s attention to detail and genuine care for Silky were evident. When I returned, Silky was happy and well looked after. I highly recommend Caitlin for anyone in need of a reliable and caring dog sitter!

Hi Cait is a wonderful human being. She has a lot of love for all kinds of animals. She gave my dog Jet a home - when he had no where else to go. She has a chihuahua that has special needs and she takes care of that. Cait is even a vegetarian. I believe you will be able to trust Cait with your pet.

Schedule
Pet care is essential to my everyday life! I have a 10 year old cat who is living with arthritis who needs constant love and joy to help his well-being and quality of life flourish. I am a fairly early riser and late to bed so I can take your pet out for walks as frequently as needed and I love to keep pets active as it is an integral part of their mental health! I am very perceptive to what pets need and their emotions.

I have a little pet staircase for the little guys to get onto the couch! I wash bowls for wet food and change water every day (filtered water). The times for walking varies on the dog.

A typical day at Caits: Food first thing in the morning --> relax for 30 minutes let food digest --> go (they can also chill on my balcony if they like to sit outside!) --> mid-day treats & walk --> play/chill --> dinner --> 30 min let food digest --> walk --> bed
