My dog is elderly and has a luxating patella in his back knee, and she was very attentive to his needs and limitations. When we picked him up, he was happy, calm, and clearly very well taken care of. On top of that, she even washed him the day before pickup, so he came home freshly cleaned, which was such a thoughtful touch. You can tell she genuinely cares about animals.
