About: I recently lost my 14 years old dog, and I really miss him. I’d love to share that same love, attention, and peaceful walks with your puppy. I work from home on Mondays and a Fridays and have lots of flexibility. I am also normally available during the weekends. I just need 1-2 days of heads-up. During drop-in visits, I make sure your pet has fresh water, a clean space, attention, and any feeding or meds needed. For walks, I focus on safety, calm energy, and matching your dog’s pace and personality. I’m reliable, communicative, and treat every pet with care.

About: I started fostering dogs in high school and quickly discovered how much I love giving them the care and affection they deserve. Saying goodbye was always the hardest part, but knowing I helped them on their adoption journey made it all worth it. Growing up in a rural community where everyone had dogs, caring for them became second nature. I've also dog sat for friends and family, and animals truly are my favorite thing in the world. Any chance to make a dog happy makes me happy too! I'm currently free during weekday evenings but am unavailable during the day. However I am very free Friday-Sunday! My job is only week days so I would have all the free time on the weekend to watch you pet! I’m very active so walking and playing with dogs is something I love to do. Or with a more relaxed pup just cuddling on the couch is good for me. I’ve done crate training before so that’s something I have knowledge in. I’m very respectful of others peoples space and would just love to be of help!

About: Hi pet lovers! Just wanted to put a couple of things up front...first as far as dog walking is concerned I'm getting a lot of requests from all over Jersey and I don't have a car so unfortunately I've had to turn most of them down. So please note I'm only looking for dog walking jobs in Edgewater or elsewhere if you are open to paying for my uber there & back (I actually do have one client who does that, that's the only reason I'm including it). The second thing is regarding housesitting...please note that if you are requesting housesitting, I'm happy to if I'm available but I need to be able to bring my 1 1/2 yr old micro mini labradoodle, Cole. I already have it in my profile below but I just got a request from someone who said no because I have a dog so I'm writing it very first thing in case people don't read any further. And speaking of Cole, he LOVES other dogs. So if you are interested in having me host your dog for doggy day care or a longer stay, I just would need to know your dog gets along with other dogs as well. Obviously it's harder for me to do house sitting now but I'm leaving it up on the chance I have someone who wouldn't mind me bringing him. Anyway, Cole and I both look forward to meeting your pups (or cats for that matter, He's also great with cats, he's super loving to all and doesn't have a mean bone in his body). And on that note... I adore dogs and cats (not to mention hedgehogs, shout out to Choggie and Jefferson, may they RIP.). I have always dreamed of caring for animals professionally and so far have absolutely loved doing so for the past several years. I'm currently not working atm so am looking to make this my main source of income. That means I'm flexible and have availability quite often! Any animal who boards with me will have my undivided attention. Also, there is a dog park near me I will take your dog to daily. And to anyone concerned about there being any sort of negative interaction between your pet and my hedgehog, please don't worry. Hedgehogs are nocturnal so he stays in his cage sleeping all day. So far it has not been an issue at all with any of the dogs I've boarded (including one VERY curious & energetic puppy lol).

Grew up with a cat as well! Have always been an animal lover. I am currently in school only Monday, Wednesday so I am pretty free, and my boyfriend is home full time! So whatever care your dog needs we have extensive time! I have one dog named Alaska who is friendly with other dogs, and a sweet girl. So unfortunately we can only take dog friendly dogs.
