About: Hi pet lovers! Just wanted to put a couple of things up front...first as far as dog walking is concerned I'm getting a lot of requests from all over Jersey and I don't have a car so unfortunately I've had to turn most of them down. So please note I'm only looking for dog walking jobs in Edgewater or elsewhere if you are open to paying for my uber there & back (I actually do have one client who does that, that's the only reason I'm including it). The second thing is regarding housesitting...please note that if you are requesting housesitting, I'm happy to if I'm available but I need to be able to bring my 1 1/2 yr old micro mini labradoodle, Cole. I already have it in my profile below but I just got a request from someone who said no because I have a dog so I'm writing it very first thing in case people don't read any further. And speaking of Cole, he LOVES other dogs. So if you are interested in having me host your dog for doggy day care or a longer stay, I just would need to know your dog gets along with other dogs as well. Obviously it's harder for me to do house sitting now but I'm leaving it up on the chance I have someone who wouldn't mind me bringing him. Anyway, Cole and I both look forward to meeting your pups (or cats for that matter, He's also great with cats, he's super loving to all and doesn't have a mean bone in his body). And on that note... I adore dogs and cats (not to mention hedgehogs, shout out to Choggie and Jefferson, may they RIP.). Any animal who boards with me will have my undivided attention. Also, there is a dog park near me I will take your dog to daily. And to anyone concerned about there being any sort of negative interaction between your pet and my hedgehog, please don't worry. Hedgehogs are nocturnal so he stays in his cage sleeping all day. So far it has not been an issue at all with any of the dogs I've boarded (including one VERY curious & energetic puppy lol).

I’ve been around dogs my entire life and have cared for them through every stage, from playful puppies to sweet senior dogs who need extra patience and gentle attention. I also have two years of professional dog walking experience, which has helped me become confident with dogs of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels. I’m very affectionate, dependable, and attentive, and I always take the time to understand what each dog needs to feel happy and secure. Whether that means going on long energetic walks, playing their favorite games, sticking to their routine, or simply giving them comfort and companionship, I’ll always care for them with kindness, patience, and love. I truly enjoy building a bond with every dog, and I treat them the same way I would want someone to treat my own. 🫶 Pet care fits really naturally into my routine because I have open availability and can adjust my schedule as needed. I’m flexible during the week and weekends, so I’m able to take on walks, drop-ins, or sitting whenever I’m needed. When I care for pets in a client’s home, I try to keep everything as close to their normal routine as possible so they feel comfortable and safe. I follow all instructions carefully: feeding schedules, walk times, medications if needed, and any specific habits or preferences the pet has. I make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and affection, whether that means playtime, long walks, or just being there with them so they don’t feel alone. I’m very clean and respectful of the home as well, so I always leave things the way I found them. Most importantly, I pay close attention to how each pet is feeling and adjust my care based on their personality, whether they need a lot of energy and stimulation or a calm, gentle presence.
About: I've had dogs my entire life, from a black lab to an airdale terrier to a peekapoo, and I am the go-to dog sitter for friends and family. These days I'm mom to Coach, my 5-year-old chihuahua mix, who is my whole world. I love all animals and treat every pup like my own—plenty of walks, playtime, and sticking to their usual routine. Comfortable with senior care, medication, and high-energy dogs alike. Your dog will get the same care I'd give my own! I work remotely so my schedule is very flexible. I have a very flexible weekday schedule, so midday walks, playtime, and drop-in check-ins are no problem. I'm also available for dog walking and house sitting most evenings and weekends. Your pup will have plenty of company and stick to their normal routine! Your pup's comfort comes first. I'm a dog mom myself—my chihuahua mix Coach is my whole world—so I know how it feels to leave them in someone else's hands. “Michael is simply the greatest dog boarder in the history of the world. When you book through Michael, though, you don't just get him, you also get his amazing wife, too. Michael took care of my dog Lucas during a medical emergency. I was at work at the hospital after midnight. We were terribly low-staffed. There was no one to take over my patients. If I'd left work, I probably would have lost my license and been fired for abandonment. Michael took my dog to an emergency 24 hour vet and didn't get back home until like 2 in the morning. The care he took of my dog went above and beyond. He is awesome, he is amazing, he is smart and capable and caring, I cannot say enough good things about him. You can trust your fur babies with Michael. With him and his wife, they are in amazing hands.
