About: I have fostered a 4 month old poodle for 2 months. I’d say I personally have more experience babysitting than pet sitting but that being said, I have a huge heart for nurturing and caring I am currently working a part time job but my schedule is pretty flexible so I have a lot of time on my hands! My daily/weekly routine just consists of working and hanging out with friends! Unfortunately I can not host pet sitting at my home for my land owner doesn’t allow pets inside, but if I were to work at your home, I would act accordingly with respect!

About: Hi! My name is Mark, and I'm currently a Master's student at Columbia University. I recently relocated to New York City and have been missing my cat, Zuko, and my dog, Jango, every day. I'm hoping to fill that pet-shaped void by caring for other people's furry family members through Rover! Dog Experience: I adopted my dog, Jango, about a year ago after fostering him through a local rescue organization. He was being fostered by my downstairs neighbor, and we formed an instant connection that quickly turned into a forever home. Like many young rescue dogs, Jango came with plenty of energy and a few mischievous habits—especially when it came to sniffing out unattended food (that's the Dachshund nose at work!). Since adopting him, I've invested countless hours into positive reinforcement training, consistency, and building good household manners. Friends and family have even commented on how much calmer and more well-behaved he's become. Because of that experience, I understand the importance of patience, routine, and prevention when caring for energetic dogs. I'm happy to reinforce the training and routines you're already using while providing your pup with plenty of exercise, attention, and love. Cat Experience: I adopted my cat, Zuko, when he was just 8 weeks old back in 2019 while I was in college. He's now a happy, healthy 6-year-old! As a first-time cat owner, I spent a lot of time researching feline nutrition, enrichment, and overall health to make sure he had the best care possible. Over the years, Zuko has had a few visits to the vet for urinary health concerns, so I've become familiar with recognizing early signs that something may be wrong and understand the importance of monitoring litter box habits. While he's now spoiled with an automatic litter box and feeder, I'm very comfortable caring for cats with traditional litter boxes, food and water bowls, and daily playtime and affection. I am currently a full-time Master's student at Columbia University on the Upper West Side, with classes Monday through Thursday. During the week, I'm available for evening walks, drop-in visits, or overnight house sitting after classes, and I'm happy to spend the rest of the evening keeping your pet company. My schedule is much more flexible from Friday through Sunday, allowing me to provide multiple walks, extended drop-in visits, or house sitting with full-time presence. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, cuddles on the couch, or simply having someone nearby, I'll make sure they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and care while you're away. I always strive to follow your pet's normal routine as closely as possible, so they feel safe, comfortable, and happy in their own environment. I pride myself on being adaptable. While I have extensive experience caring for my own pets, I've also looked after many friends' and family's cats and dogs. I understand that every pet has a unique personality, routine, and comfort level, and that every owner has their own preferences for how their pet is cared for. About: I’ve taken care of my sweet senior dog for all of his nearly 18 years. I fully understand that seniors need a little extra love and attention 🩵 I’ve also been the default dog and cat sitter for friends when they have needed it. I have experience giving medicine and eye drops for dogs. I’m also happy to learn any other medical care needs if needed! My little guy passed recently, so I’m just here to give your fur babies some love while you are away 🩵 I work from home, so I’m pretty flexible and can take breaks midday to walk and play. About: I’m currently a mom to a 5 year old chiweenie who I’ve raised since he was 3 months old :) additionally, I’ve fostered dogs of all kinds and have become great at adapting to each dog’s individual needs. From puppies to seniors to special needs dogs, I’ve cared for them all. I am very flexible Friday through Monday. I work from home Mondays and Fridays, and I am home on most weekends and would be happy to care for your pup. My apartment is very safe and generally “proofed” for dogs. When my baby cousin was born, my aunt and uncle brought their King Charles Spaniel, Kalani, to me to dog-sit for five years. About: I’ve been taking care of cats when I was teenagers. My first cat was 17 years old. I just got my new cat, I bought everything for my cat. I am good with keeping everything as clean as possible, vacuum everyday. I also have experience taking care of small dogs. I took care of my step daughter's two Yorkshire Terrier dogs when she was travelling, One of them is more than 10 years old. I fed the dogs and clean the dog's face, comb their hair, play with them. It was fun time. They like me more than my husband, haha. I’m free after work, I work at Wall street Manhattan, living near Fort Lee NJ. I will be available after work Monday to Friday, weekends will be more flexible. I bought everything automatic for my cat. The automatic litter box, I clean it every day. Water fountain has filter, I wash and change the water every 3 to 4 days with boiled water (cooling down) due to my cat only has one kidney. Cat food, I feed him with wet can food twice a day and with dry food automatic feeding. I mix different cat food due to his sensitive stomach.
