Hi there! I'm so glad to meet you! As someone who has grown up surrounded by dogs and cats, caring for animals has always been a big part of my life...literally :) Through volunteering at animal rescues like the Humane Society of Calvert County, the Partnership for Animal Welfare, and A Home of Their Own, I’ve gained valuable experience in animal care. Whether walking, feeding, or simply spending quality time with pets of all sizes, I’ve learned that each animal has a unique personality—and they all thrive when they feel safe and loved. Feel free to share any specific details that will help me provide the best possible care for your furry family member. I’m committed to giving them plenty of exercise, attention, and affection, and I’ll be vigilant to ensure they’re safe and happy. I’m genuinely excited to take care of your cherished animal friend while you’re away!

For both house sitting and pet care, I prioritize creating a safe, comfortable environment. I ensure the space is free of hazards, and we have access to necessary supplies like food, water, and toys. I follow the pet’s regular routines, including feeding, exercise, and bathroom breaks, to minimize stress. In the client’s home, I respect their space by maintaining cleanliness and providing regular updates on their pet’s well-being. In the event of emergencies, I am prepared to administer First Aid and bring them to the nearest vet. Feel free to provide any of the following information as I'm confident it will help me provide the best care to your beloved animal. Feeding Schedule: Please describe your pet's regular feeding routine, including meal times, portion sizes, and types of food. Are there any treats they love or dietary restrictions to follow? Medications and Health: Does your pet have any medications, supplements, or special health requirements? If so, please include specific instructions for each. Exercise and Playtime: What are your pet's favorite activities, toys, or games? How much exercise do they typically enjoy each day? Daily Routine: Are there specific times your pet is used to for activities like walks, meals, or play? Any daily rituals or routines they find comforting? Behavioral Cues and Preferences: Are there particular cues or signals your pet responds to? Any behaviors or personality traits a sitter should be mindful of (such as fears or favorite attention spots)? Emergency and Important Contacts: Please provide contact information for your primary veterinarian and any additional emergency contacts.

The absolute best dog/cat sitter we have ever had. We got recieved updates of our fur babies all day long along with photos. He took our pup on plenty of walks, and made sure our cat had fun toys to play with. Then we get home and he helped our entire kitchen out! I can't thank Jason enough. Fully recommend! I'm already requesting more days.
Jason was amazing with Stevie and truly went above and beyond. She’s a fearful rescue dog with some specific needs and he took the time to meet her multiple times beforehand, learn her routines and listen to all of my concerns. He was incredibly patient and let her warm up at her own pace. While I was away, Jason sent tons of pictures and updates, and it was clear Stevie was getting lots of park time, playtime, cuddles, and naps. I came home to a very happy, tired dog and a clean apartment. Jason is kind, trustworthy, and clearly genuinely loves animals. He made me feel so comfortable leaving Stevie which is not easy for me. He really pays attention to the individual dog and their needs and was absolutely the best sitter we’ve had and I’d recommend him to anyone.
Jason was the absolute best. Nothing else to really say. The attention to detail, the care, patience, love and safe environment he ensured for both our pups allowed us to be at ease while we had a last minute out of town event. If you’re looking for someone to dog sit, dog walk, or do anything with your dogs, I promise you, Jason will be the best at doing this. Jason has now joined our first calls whenever we need help in the future. Thank you, Jason!!!
Jason is a top sitter! He was extremely thorough in getting to know our golden retrievers, and their personalities ahead of watching him. During the stay, he was prompt and extremely communicative. We received consistent updates on their walks, meals, and activities each day. He also sends lots of pictures! Jason cared for our dogs as if they were his own, and left our place in perfect condition. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to have him watch the dogs and will be rebooking!
I’d highly recommend-Jason was so great and helpful when I needed someone last minute. I have a dog and a cat and they both loved him. He was great with giving updates and pictures of them. He did a great job and left my apt perfect and cleaner than I had it before.
Once again, Jason is an A+ dog sitter! He took great care of Gus and really helped us out when our flight was very delayed.

Schedule
I have plenty of time to spend with your pet and keep them engaged or relaxed depending on when they're feeling! I also walk and transport dogs for the rescues I work for. Most days are flexible, but Saturdays are our big adoption events, and a wonderful chance to meet new dogs!
