“Bryant did a superb job with our three cats! He made himself available on short notice and did a great job tending to their individual meds. We could tell the cats liked him, too. Would definitely hire again!”
About: I have grown up around animals, my whole life and some might argue that I like them more than people. Although I haven’t been a part of a professional dog walking service, I started walking dogs for a couple neighbors and a friend during the pandemic. With the experience that I’ve gained, I can confidently say that I have a lot of patience especially when working with puppies. I also have learned to keep a keen eye out for dogs that enjoy nibbling on things they have found on the sidewalk. I would love to start walking dogs on a consistent basis. I am a college student, so I have most of my time set for evenings and nights, but I am more than happy to schedule an earlier, walk in advance. I have no problem with walking in all types of weather, and if you have a dog that has a fear of thunder, I am more than happy to sit with them and calm them down. additionally, as of July 15, I will have availability to walk during the day and at night as well. When picking your dog up from your home, as well as dropping them off, I will make sure that I follow all the instructions that are given to me to ensure your pet’s safety
About: I grew up in a “zoo household,” loving animals of all kinds. Feathers, fur, scales— you name it. Even with a house full of my own pets, I became a go to pet sitter in my neighborhood at a young age. I have two cats of my own, and while I love them to death, I’d love to borrow your dog for a little while :) Any size/age is welcome, though I have a particular soft spot for huge breeds. (I’m also entirely open to walking your Iguana.) (Bonus points if your dog is actually a pig.) Can’t wait to meet your four-legged friend! I am an educator, and my summer has allowed me more flexibility to spend time with other people’s pets. I am available for walks, drop in visits and house sitting (my cats have requested no boarding, unfortunately). I will not accept a service if I’m unable to give your pet even more attention and care than desired! I have experience caring for animals in my home and well as in theirs, through rover and otherwise. I have walked dogs of all sizes and energy levels. Your fur baby’s safety and comfort is my highest priority!
About: Hi! I'm a college student working toward vet school, so caring for animals isn't just a job for me, it’s what I genuinely love doing. I've had my own cat for 5 years, so I know what it's like to be a pet parent. I've also spent plenty of time watching other people’s dogs and cats, from very high energy puppies to older dogs who just want a quiet environment. I'm comfortable with all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. If something’s wrong I will reach out immediately. Since I'm on summer break, I have a pretty open schedule, but I do like to be upfront about my specific availability. I'm available Monday through Thursday anytime after 12:00 PM, all day Friday. On Saturdays, I'm available after 4:00 PM. I can also do evening visits, but I wrap things up by 10:00 PM. I know routines are really important to pets, so I'll work around whatever schedule your pet is used to, like midday walks, afternoon play sessions, or evening check-ins before bed. Consistency is very important! I only provide care in your home because I believe that pets are more comfortable in their own environment, with their own things and smells. I'm really careful with doors or any gates and will always make sure to double check every exit to make sure your pet stays safely inside. I will treat your home the way I'd want mine treated, I will clean up after myself, wash any bowls I use, and leave things tidy. I'll also send any updates/photos at every visit so you can see how things are going. I will also save your vet's contact info, just in case of any emergency. I always like to be prepared for anything.
“Jonathan was great! He took extremely good care of my cats when I was away. He sent a ton of cute pictures and ensured everything was in working order. Highly recommended!”

About: Hello! I’ve dog-sit for friends and family including feeding, walking, and playing with their animals! Im very attentive to detail and making sure feeding and walking stays consistent with their daily schedule. I have experience with very high energy dogs as I’ve primarily taken care of dogs from the range of 1-3 years old. I will be working part time this summer so I am fully free Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I can do early mornings up to late evenings. While I am not providing care in my own home I would typically clean up, make sure there is nothing that is of danger to the dogs. I also will remove any food or drink off my counters, typically for the larger dogs that may be able to reach them.
“Brionna is AMAZING! I have a 2 year old cat that I recently adopted and was nervous as this was the first time I would ever be away from my kitty but Brionna’s calm and kind demeanor quickly put me at ease! She was so communicative leading up to the visit and throughout. Her daily photos and remarks let me know that Tortellini was safe, cared for and comfortable! Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be asking her to take care of Tortellini again :)”

“Tosha was fantastic. I left for a longer than usual time on vacation; and Tosha came by on daily basis to watch and check-in on my cat, Buddy. Tosha was communicative, helpful, and did a wonderful job watching over him. She even went above and beyond to help clean up after Buddy when he made some messes in the apartment. I'm very grateful for her help, will book her in the future, and recommend others do as well.”

About: I am a professional dogwalker and have had several four-legged friends in the past 5 years so I am very capable in a pinch to pamper and play with your pets, including dogs, cats and others. I know how difficult it can be to have someone to depend on when things pop up, so I hope I can be here for you. As a grad student, my availability is flexible, great news for pets who prefer not to be alone all day. Currently available for walks, drop-ins & overnight sits; not available to board. With proper notice, I'm happy to set up a meet and greet before care so I can understand navigating your space and your pet's needs, especially before longer care services. Very open to virtually meeting.
About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have been caring for them for over 24 years. In addition to helping friends and family with their pets, I’ve volunteered in animal shelters and gained experience with many different dogs. I treat every dog with patience, care, and respect. I work full-time, but pet care fits well into my routine. I’m available for care during weekdays and fully available on weekends. I always make time to give dogs proper attention, walks, and consistency. Safety and trust are my top priorities. I follow each dog’s routine closely, keep doors and leashes secure, and supervise interactions at all times. Whether in my home or a client’s home, I provide a calm, clean, and safe environment.
“I found Jessica's profile to be warm and engaging with her "clients" so I decided to reach out as I needed last minute childcare for my furbabies. She reached out to me immediately and we were able to connect and do a visit. Im a worry wort as this would be the first time I was doing drop-ins vs. Overnight care. Jessica assured me that my babies were in great hands. She took excellent care of my furchildren. She kept me updated, took photos, and provided information on why one of my cat's was behaving aggressively (i found him abandoned in a small crate in my building two weeks before I had to leave town. Hence why I needed someone). He's soon to be snip snipped. She also played with them too which was awesome because they love that. She was a trooper and cared for my babies for 15 days. I would definitely recommend her and would use her again for her services.”

“Shaun was fantastic - I cannot recommend Shaun enough. A few great things about Shaun: 1) He was incredibly professional - Shaun asked all of the right questions (ones I even forgot) upfront to make sure he was prepared for the day. He was on time (early!) and got right to helping our dog Spike while I was working. He sent a full day debrief after meeting which was so helpful. 2) He did a great job with our puppy! Shaun spent a lot of time playing, walking and hanging out with our dog. We are so grateful to have found someone who loves our puppy! He also sent a lot of pictures which was awesome. Can't wait to hire Shaun again!”

“Lee is an amazing dog sitter and walker -- over the course of almost 2 years we worked with Lee in NY as our primary sitter/walker. He was incredibly responsive via text, the app or otherwise. With walking he walked my Dane - Ryan 2-5 times a week and would flex to show up when I was often late at the office. Lee also stayed at my home with Ryan often - he was clean, respectful of the space an totally attentive to my pup. My roommate mentioned rarely noticing he had even been there. When Lee wasn't available he had friends on recommendation who were amazing and even went out of his way to hand off his set of keys to them. Lee became such a part of Ryan's life often he was more excited when Lee arrived than when I did! We've since moved to LA and will miss him greatly!”

“Nicole was fantastic. Being first time Rover users, and having an incredibly shy and skittish cat, my wife and I were nervous. But Nicole quickly set our nerves at ease. Her communication was excellent and our cat immediately was drawn to her. Which is really amazing. We were able to tell right away how serious Nicole takes her job and it shows in the results. Thanks Nicole!!! You’re the best.”

“I was nervous leaving my cat alone for an extended period of time but Selina took excellent care of my girl and helped me out with some things around the apartment as well. She is a pet smart person who knows animals. 10/10 would rebook.”

“Daisy has a friend! Ariadne G. was INCREDIBLE with our 8 pound little floof. Caring, loving, with a gentle willingness and openness to learning Daisy’s routines and quirky needs. Daisy, who can be shy and hide and look sad and flumped, or can be barky and anxious with others when we are away, was her free spirited, playful, and silly self under Ari’s care. Daisy ate well, showed Ari all of her tricks, and played toys. We were so happy with the daily reports and pictures of Daisy enjoying Ari’s company.”

Rennan was awesome with my dog! He kept me updated with pictures and messages, and I could tell my dog was happy and well taken care of. It made being away so much less stressful. I’d definitely book with him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great dog sitter.

Leta is a life saver for our family! We have two dogs, one is an 8 month old puppy and a 9 year old dachshund with mobility issues and she handles them both with love and care. We trust her implicitly and she treats our pets like they are family-thank you, Leta!

Joseph did a drop-in visit for my dog, Lobster, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. He was reliable, communicative, and clearly cared about making sure Lobster was comfortable and well looked after. I appreciated the updates and photos, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. Lobster seemed happy, relaxed, and well cared for when I got home, which says a lot. It's obvious that Joseph has a natural way with dogs and takes his responsibilities seriously. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter, and I would gladly book with him again.

Nicole did a fantastic job! She was friendly, communicative, and took great care of our newly adopted puppy. Nicole asked great questions and took directions well, and I feel so happy to know we can go out and have someone we can trust to give our puppy the love and care he needs! Would absolutely book again!

Michelle is very sweet with our pups. She visited them twice last week and both times they were happy to see her. She arrived on time and took good care of them, sending us photos and updates during the visit. She’s attentive and follows our instructions well. We will definitely schedule more drop-in visits with Michelle.

Marin went above and beyond taking care of Wyatt while I had two back to back days out of town. She was super accommodating of my last minute request, found time to do a meet and greet so I was comfortable, and went the extra mile to meet Wyatt’s needs. He’s an anxious boy still getting used to the city and Marin gave me thorough updates, cleaned up after his messes, and followed my instructions to a T. I really hope Marin becomes our go-to when I need someone to check in on him in the future.

Wow, I just realized it’s been a full year of Kristal coming 1-2 times weekly (most weeks) for a midday bathroom & play break for my two German Shepherd boys. This second review is long overdue. My boys love their time with Kristal! Kristal is the kind of Rover sitter you always hope to find - super responsive and communicative, flexible, accommodating, reliable, consistent, and a genuinely kind and good person who loves animals. Above that she has a beautiful friendship with my boys and makes sure her time with them is spent giving them the most fun, enriching and happy midday breaks. Her reports are always thorough, sweet/funny, and show how intentional she is when caring for the boys. Her pictures are awesome, she’s a very talented animal photographer and I now have a whole plethora of the cutest images of my fur babies. Such a gift! Having Kristal as part of our routine has been a blessing.
