“Nicole came highly recommended and I can see why! This was the first time I used a professional cat sitter and not just a friend to hang out with my kitties - she went above and beyond! She took good care of them, stayed extra, helped set up devices to ensure they had food via a timer and their toys were readily accessible: kitties seem happy and like they had a great visit. You can tell Nicole really loves animals and is so good with them. Thanks so much!!”

“Neil C is a very nice person who quite evidently cares deeply about dogs. He was very communicative, punctual and honest. We have a big dog, who can be quite single minded, but Neil took her in his stride. Thank you Neil, for your patience and time.”

“Selina did a fantastic job with taking our girl for a walk! She was able to respond quickly and be flexible to our needs, and was communicative throughout the process. We will definitely use her again!”

About: I have been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. Whether it was at my grandmothers house or down the street at the neighbors, I have always been the first one my loved ones call to feed, walk, and cuddle dogs, cats, and any other pet under the sun. I have been around animals my entire life, starting with frequently visiting & caring for my brothers dog when I was just 10 years old. I began pet sitting in middle school, and then this passion grew into my summers at college. I often watch my friends pets in the city when they’re away on trips & am now looking to expand my animal-loving world through Rover. I enjoy taking long walks through the parks, playing outside in the grass, discovering new games, balancing exercise with rest & treats, bathing & lots + lots of cuddles :) Currently I am working part time & remotely, so I have super open + flexible availability! Most of the work I do can be done on my own schedule, so I have plenty of time to make for your pet! Weekends are also generally a great time for me as well. I am happy to oblige to any house rules you may have for your furry friend! (ie on or off furniture, caging around bedtime, feeding/treat schedule etc.)
About: I’ve cared for animals of all ages. I used to go to zoology camps when I was a kid and used to want to be a vet. Having the trust of an animal is a privilege and a blessing and I do not take these things for granted 💙 I work part time at a fitness studio and substitute teach. I’d love to pop by and check on your furry loved ones or take your pooch for a walk before or after work or on weekends when I’m not with my own cat 🐈⬛ I love guidance and instructions - if you leave them, I’ll follow them to a ‘T’. Also, not to brag, but animals love me. In addition to wanting to be a vet when I was a child, a Disney princess surrounded by woodland creatures was high on the list!

Services And Training: Certified Pet Sitter/Dog Walker from online training course: PetSitterCourse. “Binta was a wonderful sitter for my Cleo! I appreciate how she took the time to get to know Cleo and wrote meaningful updates. Cleo is a shy, reserved girl but Binta was able to get through to her! I hope to book with Binta again in the future. Thanks for everything, Binta!!”

“My first time booking with a sitter for my two cats while taking a week long vacation. Ambroja went above and beyond to accommodate my girls and kept me updated every step of the way. So very thankful for her. Super professional, and I’ll definitely be booking with her again.”

“Tosha was wonderful and took such great care of both our cats! One of cats has a lot of medications, and she was so thorough in making sure she got all her meds. Thank you!”

“We had such a great experience with Philsung! It was our first time booking him, and everything went so smoothly. He was super punctual, very friendly, and followed all of our instructions perfectly. He played with our three cats, sent lots of cute photos and updates, and kept everything clean (including scooping the litter). He’s also really easy to communicate with and made us feel totally at ease while we were away. Our cats clearly liked him too! We’ll definitely book with him again next time — highly recommend!”

About: Hi! I'm a college student working toward vet school, so caring for animals isn't just a job for me, it’s what I genuinely love doing. I've had my own cat for 5 years, so I know what it's like to be a pet parent. I've also spent plenty of time watching other people’s dogs and cats, from very high energy puppies to older dogs who just want a quiet environment. I'm comfortable with all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. If something’s wrong I will reach out immediately. Since I'm on summer break, I have a pretty open schedule, but I do like to be upfront about my specific availability. I'm available Monday through Friday all day. On Saturdays, I'm available after 4:00 PM. I can also do evening visits, but I wrap things up by 10:00 PM. My schedule is pretty open until I start class the 28th of August. I will have class on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11am to 1:45pm and Fridays from 10am to 1:45pm. I know routines are really important to pets, so I'll work around whatever schedule your pet is used to, like midday walks, afternoon play sessions, or evening check-ins before bed. Consistency is very important! I only provide care in your home because I believe that pets are more comfortable in their own environment, with their own things and smells. I'm really careful with doors or any gates and will always make sure to double check every exit to make sure your pet stays safely inside. I will treat your home the way I'd want mine treated, I will clean up after myself, wash any bowls I use, and leave things tidy. I'll also send any updates/photos at every visit so you can see how things are going. I will also save your vet's contact info, just in case of any emergency. I always like to be prepared for anything.
About: I recently said goodbye to my 18-year-old senior pup who was still as active and playful as when he was a puppy, even in his last weeks with us. I was his main caretaker since we adopted him when I was 10-years-old, so I have plenty of experience caring for dogs and prioritize keeping them safe and happy! We also had other dogs growing up, so I am used to caring for multiple dogs, dogs of various ages and sizes, and dogs of all energy levels. Specifically, as my doggo aged, I gained a lot of experience with medicine routines, slower walks, attention to health details, and all other requirements of caring for senior dogs. In college, I would housesit for families with all kinds of pets (including rabbits, geese and chickens!) and this helped me pay part of my school costs. However, I enjoyed caring for other's pets so much, I have continued to do so for years after college! I love getting to know new furry friends and making sure they are happy, exercised, well-fed, and enjoying themselves while their parents are away! I am currently working part-time, and often only for a few hours in the evening, so I have lots of time and flexibility to care for you pup, prioritizing being available for prime walking hours in the sunshine! I am willing to work around my part-time hours to meet your dog's routine needs. I am willing to care for the dogs in your home so they are comfortable in their own spaces and can generally keep their normal routines. I am flexible and willing to follow any instructions about your space that you provide.
“As usual, Remy was VERY excited to see Aashree and was perfectly fine when I left him for the afternoon. As long as she’s available, I’ll continue to use her!”

“Hannah did a fantastic job looking after our pup in our home for 10 days while we were on vacation. Hannah asked great questions about Lola's temperament during our visit and was even able to calm her down during a thunderstorm - no small feat! I appreciated the frequent updates and Lola clearly enjoyed all of her walks and playing fetch. Hannah also kept our home in great shape. We'll definitely hire Hannah again!”

“We recently had David care for our kitties for 16 nights while we were away on vacation. He provided daily check-ins during this time, which included feedings and litter box cleanings. Not only did he do a great job in making sure that our kitties were well cared for, he even sent daily updates which included pics of them! it was clear when we returned home that our kitties were in good hands! We would definitely book with David again and highly recommend him if you are looking for a reliable cat-sitter!”

“Brionna is AMAZING! I have a 2 year old cat that I recently adopted and was nervous as this was the first time I would ever be away from my kitty but Brionna’s calm and kind demeanor quickly put me at ease! She was so communicative leading up to the visit and throughout. Her daily photos and remarks let me know that Tortellini was safe, cared for and comfortable! Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be asking her to take care of Tortellini again :)”

Leta has been watching my dog since she was a puppy, and I can’t recommend her enough! She has always been amazing with her, from handling all of her puppy energy to caring for her as she’s gotten older. Leta is incredibly reliable and trustworthy, whether she’s taking her for walks while I’m at work or staying with her for an extended period. Most recently, she watched my dog while I was out of the country for two weeks, and it gave me so much peace of mind knowing she was with someone I trust. She sent me such great updates through out the trip. My dog loves her, and I always know she’s in great hands with Leta!

Rennan was awesome with my dog! He kept me updated with pictures and messages, and I could tell my dog was happy and well taken care of. It made being away so much less stressful. I’d definitely book with him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great dog sitter.

Michelle is very sweet with our pups. She visited them twice last week and both times they were happy to see her. She arrived on time and took good care of them, sending us photos and updates during the visit. She’s attentive and follows our instructions well. We will definitely schedule more drop-in visits with Michelle.

Daisy has a friend! Ariadne G. was INCREDIBLE with our 8 pound little floof. Caring, loving, with a gentle willingness and openness to learning Daisy’s routines and quirky needs. Daisy, who can be shy and hide and look sad and flumped, or can be barky and anxious with others when we are away, was her free spirited, playful, and silly self under Ari’s care. Daisy ate well, showed Ari all of her tricks, and played toys. We were so happy with the daily reports and pictures of Daisy enjoying Ari’s company.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone.
