Dog and cat lover!
I love dogs and cats! I own a cat and when I was growing up I grew up with a dog. I have also volunteered at Petsmart in the cat room, helping to socialize the cats and cleaning up after them. My cat Comet sleeps in my bed every night and I love it! I also volunteered at a vet's office and I enjoyed helping out in any way I was able to. I have also recently decided to study to become a dog trainer. I have learned so much and I am looking forward to learning more. If it leads to it perhaps some of you might be interested in me training your dog at some point. I am looking forward to meeting all of you and your lovable cats and dogs soon! The majority of the time I am available during the weekdays from about 9-3:00. I might also be available after 3:00 but it will depend upon a couple of things since I have children. Most of the time I am also available on weekends too. If I take care of your pet at your home I will make sure he or she is in a fenced in backyard if you have one and if need be I can put your dog into a crate. Most weekdays I am available from 9-3. I am usually also available weeknights after 6:00 and most weekends too for the majority of the day or evening. I always make sure that when I go into someone's home that their dog won't run out. I would quickly enter a person's home. Also, if you would like I can put up a gate if you'd like your dog to stay in one area of your home or I could crate your dog.

When I take care of cats I watch the door carefully to make sure the cat(s) won't escape. With dogs I make sure the harness is secure.

Shelly is so great! We were lucky to have the former owners of our place recommend her during our closing. What a relief to not have to search for a new walker. Shelly is communicative, professional, and flexible. Our work schedules vary from week to week and we've been able to find times that work for everyone. Our Lucy is comfortable with her and we don't have to rush home or worry. Very pleased!

Schedule
Most weekdays I'm available in the afternoons and evenings from 3-8pm. Usually on Fridays I'm available from 2-7 and on the weekends I'm usually available almost anytime. People could get in touch with me about other times during the week because sometimes my schedule changer.
