Safety, trust & environment
For dog walking, I have a lot of professional experience with very strong dogs, untrained dogs, etc. in Manhattan and other places as well. If I am taking care of your dog in your home, I am always extremely respectful of the environment, treating it as if it was my own home. Also, it’s common for your pet to have separation anxiety in those types of situations, so I make it a priority to have your dog feeling like they are safe and secure. For boarding, I live in a very nice apartment building, in an apartment that is perfect for a dog. We live right next to the river where there is a perfect place to walk dogs and there’s even a dog run too!

Information Jackson W. would like to know about your pet
It’s very important that I know about your pet’s behavior beforehand, regarding their separation anxiety in particular. Have they stayed with other sitters before and, if so, how did the dog react when left alone? It might also be helpful for me to know about whether they chew furniture, clothes, or wires, or anything else I should know about them. I would also need to know about how much to feed them and when to feed them of course.
A typical day
I look forward to spending time with your furry friend! There will be a lot of playing and plenty of head scratches and belly rubs.

Dog Lover with Loads of Experience!
Pet care experience
I have a lot of experience as a dog sitter. I also have experience in dog training, handling, and walking as I’ve done it as a full time job for months. I spent a lot of that time in the dog daycare, often handling 25+ dogs at a time. I spent the rest of the time walking all kinds of dogs around Manhattan. I’ve also had a dog since I was about 7 and I cared for her into her old age when she began having health problems, all the way up until she passed away.

Reviews

Jackson was great with our Great Dane Wrigley. He was prompt, communicated well and was able to book in with less than 2 weeks notice. I would definitely recommend Jackson for any one in need of a house sitter. Highly recommend!
Jackson took wonderful care of Ddangkong. He was very caring and they got on really well together. I would highly recommend Jackson and would definitely book him again! ☺️

Jackson is a great dog sitter, he quickly got to understand our Boston Terrier and made him feel calm and safe, so we felt able to relax and enjoy our time away. Jackson kept us up to date with his stay with Lenny and he kept our flat neat and tidy. Would happily have Jackson look after Lenny again!

Jackson did a good job looking after our puppy for two weeks. She was safe and happy when we got back. Our only minor complaint was some coffee stains on the carpet.
