I’ve always loved animals, so getting to work with them professionally really is a dream come true for me! There’s nothing like getting to provide a pooch with the love and care they need to thrive. I also understand that pet owners want their pets to be in the care of someone who is trustworthy and understands them, so I’m here to fill that role! I want to make the life of the pet owners easier by taking care of their pets when needed. I have lots of experience taking care of all sorts of different dogs, so your pup will be in great hands with me no matter what! I have had experience with all kinds of breeds, from big Border Collies to itty bitty Pomeranians. I have also volunteered at North Shore Animal League of America, where I walked dogs that needed homes, took pictures of them, and posted/reposted pictures on social media for them. I loved watching them transition to their forever homes! The dogs I walked were all different kinds of breeds and mixed breeds. I’ve also been a long-time pet sitter for friends and family. I am home most of the time besides when I have close by clients. So I’m a good fit for pups that are used to having a human presence around them during the day. In addition to my partner, I currently have an Akita pup, Euro, and two cats Nickel and Peso. They’re very friendly and love meeting new friends! What dogs will love about me is that I am more than happy to be active with them. I am able to go for runs, take them to the dog park, or just stroll around the neighborhood. I also have plenty of toys for them to play with, if they prefer to stay inside. What owners will love about me is that I am huge on communication. I will keep you updated on your pooch every day by sending pictures and videos of us having tons of fun while we’re together. I like to get as much information as I can, which means asking lots of questions during the meet-and-greet. I will be sure to go through my checklist during the meet and greet, as well as ask any additional questions I have to ensure that the owner has trust in me, and the dog has a great time in my care! My schedule is mostly free during the day, besides clients here and there for personal training. I am always sure to get their energy out before heading out and when I get back as well! My dog is crate trained. My cats LOVE other animals and are very social. I have dedicated a lot of training to my animals to make it the best environment for them and for any visitors as well so it’s not overwhelming.
