Jolie really came through for me and my brand new rescue, Irving. He’s still getting used to city life and everything that comes with it, so he is highly reactive and anxious. She was available the same day to do a meet and greet and was completely calm and unbothered by his jumping and barking even in her face. She put us both at ease and was really patient with him. She took Irving on productive walks in the middle of the day and he took to her pretty quickly. She is also very communicative and kept me apprised of location and how the walks were going.
