My family has 4 dogs, and I have a cat, so I am very in tune with the needs of the pets, how to make them happy, and how to keep them healthy. I have experience with older dogs, as well as puppies. A fun fact about me is that I call every animal “puppy,” including cats!

Sarah is amazing! We needed someone to watch our rescue chihuahua while we were out of town for a few days and couldn’t be happier to have connected with Sarah. Our girl can be timid at first, and Sarah went above and beyond to make sure she felt safe and comfortable. She paid close attention to all of the care instructions, and stayed in touch with adorable pictures and videos throughout the stay. We will definitely be hiring her again next time we need a sitter!
Sarah was amazing taking care of our cat for a week! She was very communicative and sent lots of cute pics and videos!

Schedule
I am not currently in a full time office job, so I have plenty of time to take care of your fur baby, and can, generally, be readily available.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a one bedroom apartment on the Upper East Side that has easy access to Central Park and the East River area. I go in frequent walks myself as part of my normal routine, so would be happy to have some furry company. I do have a gate to my bedroom, but if a pet is clingy they can sleep in the bed with me, or on my couch.

A typical day
We will go for numerous walkies, do some playing in a safe dog park, cuddle on the couch, and have some treats (though not too many!)
