Availability
I usually work hybrid/remote so I have plenty of time to care for pets. I *cannot* accommodate constant care at the moment, except for the occasional daycare request. Please do not message me about overnight sits if your pup cannot be left alone for 4 hours at a time. Again, the occasional daycare with constant care is sometimes OK. You can reach out to me about daycare in your home - I’ve provided a few of those, for puppies as well - even though it is not an option on Rover. I will go anywhere in Manhattan as it is my home turf but I sometimes take requests in the boroughs if it works with my commute and schedule.

Safety, trust & environment
I do not host more than one client’s dogs at a time (2 from the same owner is my maximum, and they both have to be small) and don’t have any pets of my own or roommates. I make sure doors and fences are closed, leash the dogs before opening the door to go on walks, notice and react to any unusual behavior the dog displays, do not let dogs rush into crosswalks, minimize interactions with strangers and dogs on the street and will take any safety measure required by the owner. Unless specifically asked to, I do not take dogs to dog runs - I assume most dogs have bad recall.

Information Noga E. would like to know about your pet
I have no preference for a breed; I truly love all dogs from chihuahuas to pitties. However, if your dog has special needs, allergies, or behavioral quirks I will need to know ahead of time to provide them with the best care. Also, Rover categorizes dogs by weight, but I find that it’s hard for me to board a truly large dog rather than a medium dog that weighs as much as a large one. So if you have a large GSD or husky, this might not work, but a pit/cattle dog/lab can work. It’s genuinely just an issue of space, not weight or breed - but we can figure it out during a meet & greet. If you’re interested in a house sit, I can accommodate all sizes, even Great Danes :) I can accommodate dogs with joint problems and walking difficulties since I live in an elevator building. I have experience caring for old and sick dogs that require pill-taking and injections.
A typical day
I like to take dogs on walks in the park. For dogs I board it is especially convenient since I am a 5-minute walk from Central Park. The northern portion of CP is nice and quiet and has fewer tourists and distractions. I appreciate that some dogs are less energetic/have different physical needs and abilities and might require shorter, less high-energy walks. I also like to play with them in my apartment.

Pet care experience
I raised two reactive rescue dogs for 13 years, from puppyhood to adulthood and seniorhood. My younger pup Millie, a hound mix, still lives with my parents, and my older pup Olive, who was a shepherd mix, recently passed away. I miss them both dearly. I have a lot of experience caring for reactive dogs, from walks to feeding to playtime and cleaning up after accidents. I have also pet-sat for other people for days and weeks at a time before doing pet care professionally. I joined Rover in June 2023 and have been consistently providing service since then.

Reviews

Always accommodating, great with my two dogs.

Noga is super helpful and flexible, helped us out in a pinch and always does a great job with our kitty!

Noga has stayed and watched Juno several times now and every time we have had a great experience. We can tell Juno really likes her and feels comfortable having her stay. We feel better knowing she is being well taken care of while we are way and enjoy the updates we get. Would recommend!!

Noga was a great help watching my dog Nicki while I was out of town for a long weekend. Nicki warmed up to her right away! I appreciate the updates and great pictures of walks to Central Park. I would highly recommend Noga as a dog sitter and will definitely be asking her to watch Nicki again :)
