“Janise and her family took amazing care of my dog Faith! She suffers from some anxiety, but they were patient, brought out the best in her, and kept us updated frequently. Would definitely recommend!!”

“Randi was amazing in how she cared for my puppy, Jupiter, while I had to go out of town for a few days. She kept in touch with me throughout the duration of his stay at her place. She kept him engaged, took him for long walks and bathed him. She even went the extra mile and got him new toys and a bed! That took me by surprise, since I believe it’s really hard to find someone who can have that level of attachment to a puppy unless it’s their own puppy! Thank you so much, Randi, for looking after Jupiter like he’s part of your home and family!”

“Jessica is soooo awesome!! She was so friendly and professional with dealing with my little Momo! She sent daily updates and made us feel comfortable while we were away! She even went above and beyond to ensure Momo was comfortable and that she had treats that she loves and enjoys! Momo had a good time and even enjoyed her little vacation with Jessica. She gave my little girl the princess treatment she enjoys! Will definitely not even hesitate to book her again! She is the best!!”

“Piero was great with my dog! So much so that my dog didn’t want to leave. I would definitely recommend and hire again. Thank you for taking such good care of my Prince!”

“Eileen was great! She was able to take my reservation for a last minute vacation. She made sure to send me constant updates of my baby. She was attentive and extremely kind. I would definitely recommend!”

“I can’t recommend them enough! We were nervous to leave Elsa with anyone, but they were wonderful and treated her like family. The frequent updates kept our minds completely at ease. They were absolutely wonderful and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.”

“Our dog usually has a lot of anxiety when we aren’t around but he made himself right at home with Vanessa, she kept us updated with pictures and videos often. Will definitely be using her again in the future.”

“Amanda was absolutely incredible with my mini poodle Mia! It was the longest Mia and I were apart (a three week stay), but I felt incredibly connected to her through the daily updates and checkins Amanda provided. She gave Mia extra love and specialized food when Mia got a little stomach bug during the stay. I highly recommend Amanda's care for your pet!”

“Kate & Michael watched my 11 month old dog, Fitz, for 6 nights. They were extremely responsive and provided humorous & helpful updates along the way. It was clear that my dog was immediately comfortable with them and he was in great hands. When we walked by the building where Kate & Michael live 2 days later he tried to pull towards the entrance, clearly trying to go in to see his new friends.”

“This was Wilhelmina's second time staying with Samantha. She is WONDERFUL! I had reached out to her after finding her a few months back on Rover and she was kind enough to agree to meet with Wilhelmina and I at a coffee shop to give me peace of mind. That stay went great and Willy came back at ease and clearly happy from a lovely stay. This most recent stay saw us requiring help watching her pretty last minute and I genuinely appreciate how quickly Samantha responds. When we pulled up to drop Willy off - she got so excited, she was pulling toward the front door of the building and clearly excited to be back, which made me feel great and confirmed she really loved her time with Samantha. I can't say enough good things, she is responsive, kind and someone I wholly trust with our fur-child. We'll definitely seek her assistance the next time we need to be away and need someone to take care of Wilhelmina.”

“Katherine watched Otis for 9 days and was truly wonderful. She sent us photos every day and made our nervous dog feel right at home. We highly recommend her and plan on seeking her out again next time we go away!”

“Suleyma took great care of Milo. She sents lots of photos, took him on lots of walks and was very flexible with my booking. I felt very at peace knowing he was in great hands during my trip. Highly recommend her services!”

“Pamela was great with Luca! He is a very shy/anxious pup and this was our very first time using Rover but she was very patient with all of us. This was a last minute booking but she was able to accommodate us. Provided regular updates, both pictures and videos and took him on regular walks. He looked very happy and comfortable in her care and with the other dogs there. Would definitely book with her again!”

About: I've been around dogs my entire life and have always loved caring for animals. Over the past two years, I've dog and cat sat for friends and neighbors, whether that meant providing overnight care in my apartment or stopping by for walks, playtime, feeding, and lots of attention. I've cared for both cats and dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities, so I'm comfortable adapting to each pet's unique needs. One experience that's especially meaningful to me is participating in shelter skip days, where I take a shelter dog out for the day to give them a break from the kennel and spoil them with plenty of love. I know how important it is for pet owners to feel confident that their furry family members are in good hands, and I treat every pet I care for with the same patience, affection, and attention I'd give my own. I'll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you're away. I'm currently a master's student at Teachers College, Columbia University. My classes are Monday through Thursday, and only occupy a few hours each day. I will have Thursday afternoons through Sunday evenings available each week. During my available times, I'm flexible and can dedicate plenty of time to walks, playtime, cuddles, and sticking to your pet's normal routine. I live on the Upper West Side, just a block away from Riverside Park and also close to Central Park, which gives me access to beautiful, safe spaces for walks and outdoor time. For walks, I prioritize safe routes, keep dogs securely leashed, and tailor each outing to their energy level and needs. For overnight stays, my apartment is clean, calm, and pet friendly. I only care for a limited number of pets at a time so I can give each one the individualized attention they deserve.
“Sabrina took wonderful care of my dog. I had to book the boarding last minite, but Sabrina was very accommodating. She responded to my messages quickly and also kept sending me photos of how my dog was doing which gave me peace of mind. When I was picking him up, Sabrina explained in detail how he ate, slept, walked and behaved during the stay. This proved to me that Sabrina paid a lot of attention to my dog. Most dog sitters in my experience didn't share this much detail. I highly recommend Sabrina!”

“Anna is the best. She was so patient and kind with my kitty. She made Vienna feel so comfortable and she kept me updated on her stay. Vienna has found her new home away from home ❤️”

“Melanie is absolutely wonderful. She loves dogs and it shows in everything and every interaction. Her communication is excellent and she treats your dog like her own. We're so lucky to have found her!”

“Nicole was absolutely amazing with our dog Koldo! She took care of him at her house for a week and was incredibly flexible and accommodating when we had to extend our dates last minute. Communication was perfect - she kept us updated daily on how Koldo was doing and sent us photos every single day. Koldo looked so happy and relaxed the whole time. We came back to a very happy dog. We highly recommend Nicole to anyone!”

Remy had another great weekend with Ethel! She gave us a good recommendation for a pupsicle enrichment toy that Remy loved while boarding with her, we’re excited to buy one of our own for him. Loved her photo updates throughout the weekend as usual! Thanks again Ethel!

Jessica and her boyfriend were so friendly and very responsive throughout the whole boarding for my dog and my brother's dog. She sent daily photos and thoughtful updates, which was much appreciated. Communicating with them was such a breeze and I'm thankful they were both flexible and accommodating when I had a delay on my flight back home!

Euitae was great and next time we're in NYC I hope he's available to take care of our golden retriever. He was kind, caring, very responsive, sent occasional updates, followed feeding instructions, and provided excellent care overall. Five stars for Euitae (pronounced You-Tay, like Utah but with an 'ay').

Absolutely amazing sitters! Extremely professional and considerate. I was nervous to leave my dog with new people but they offered a meet and greet days in advanced, had me complete a questionnaire on his feeding, preferences, quirks etc. And provided me with daily updates including pictures. I was able to travel at ease knowing he was in safe hands. Thank you so much for taking such great care of Snickers.

Eileen took such good care of Denver. It was like his home away from home, she communicated and sent pictures while he was with her and even sent home print outs which were so cute . She was also flexible with the pick up and drop off times which we really appreciated since it was a last minute book. Denver was happy, we were happy and we will definitely book again!!
