My dog is elderly and has a luxating patella in his back knee, and she was very attentive to his needs and limitations. She handled him carefully, made sure he was comfortable, and truly paid attention to his health. She kept us updated throughout the entire stay, which gave us so much peace of mind. When we picked him up, he was happy, calm, and clearly very well taken care of. On top of that, she even washed him the day before pickup, so he came home freshly cleaned, which was such a thoughtful touch. You can tell she genuinely cares about animals. Onelsis is fabulous! I was super nervous about boarding With a new sitter, from the moment I got to her place she put my fears at ease. Good energy and clean space; super friendly and her pup Miley is a sweetie. Lots of photo updates and texts through the day. It was such a great first experience. Jessica was absolutely wonderful with Georgia and all of her quirks. From the moment we met her, it was clear she genuinely cared about Georgia’s happiness and well-being. She took Georgia on lots of adventures, kept her active and engaged, and even spoiled her with treats and bones purchased out of her own pocket. Jessica truly went above and beyond throughout the stay. She was attentive, communicative, and always happy to provide updates whenever I asked. Knowing Georgia was in such caring hands gave me complete peace of mind. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Jessica again, and I’m confident Georgia would be thrilled to stay with her in the future. I cannot recommend Deibi and Tiffany enough for anyone looking for someone who will truly care for your dog like their own. My shih tzu has pretty severe separation anxiety and can't be left alone, so finding someone I trust is not easy — but from the moment I dropped him off, I knew he was in the best hands. During his stay, we had a thunderstorm, and anyone who knows my pup knows that's a tough situation for him. They went out of their way to comfort and calm him down, and I genuinely appreciated how attentive and patient they were in the moment. On top of that, they brought out extra toys to keep him entertained, were incredibly flexible and accommodating with my schedule, and kept me constantly in the loop with texts, photos, and videos throughout the entire stay. It made such a difference knowing I could check in and actually see him happy and doing well. Most importantly, the kindness and warmth they showed my dog was evident in every single update. You could tell it wasn't just a job — they genuinely cared. If you have a dog with special needs or anxiety, or are even just looking for an overall great sitter; look no further! We'll absolutely be back!
Caroline is absolutely wonderful! She is so sweet, easy to work with, and always communicative. She was even flexible when I had to make some last-minute changes, which I really appreciated. What stood out to me most was how much care she took to get to know Shadow. She asked lots of thoughtful questions to make sure she could keep Shadow on her normal routine and make her feel comfortable and at home. I can tell Shadow has the best time with Caroline because she’s so excited when I drop her off and sad to see Caroline go! I always take extra when choosing someone to watch my sweet girl Shadow, and I’ve never doubted Caroline’s care and attentiveness. I am sure Shadow can’t wait for her next visit!
Jimmy has been super patient and gracious with my people shy/nervous dog. He has been providing reassurance to not only me but my dog and is great at sending consistent updates in the form of voice notes, pictures and videos. It's obvious he cares about the service he provides and the physical and mental well-being of the dogs he cares for I really feel like Max is in great hands!
