About: My love for dogs started the moment a stray wandered into my yard when I was a child - I hid him in the backyard for three days before my parents found out ! :) I’ve been caring for animals in various capacities for most of my life and have been part of the Rover community since 2022. About: I grew up my whole life training and loving labs and german shepherds. Now that I am in the city and away from my family dogs, I would LOVE to help take care of someone else's! I would love to take your pets for walks and to play whenever you may not be available :) I work from home M-F so, other than meetings, I am free to watch your pet and take them on walks/to play! I am also available on weekends when needed :) I am happy to abide by my clients routine in terms of providing food and water, playing, walking, etc. I am comfortable following special instructions from the owner as well!

Amanda took great care of our dog Stella during daycare. Stella looked like she had a great time on their walk and Amanda took care of all of Stella’s needs for the evening. Amanda was also very responsive and easy to coordinate with, we’d definitely ask her to look after Stella again.
